00:09Working WE'LL SET sale
00:10All right.
00:11Here we go.
00:12One, two, three, four.
00:20Whoo.
00:22Power shot!
00:23We're ready to get a workout.
00:25Who's there?
00:26One, two, testing.
00:28½.
00:29Working?
00:30All right, let me have more coffee.
00:34Oh, that's a good shot.
00:37Oh, that wasn't a good shot.
00:39What makes me tick is the fear of failure.
00:41I really hate to lose.
00:43Love to win, but I hate to lose, I think, even more.
00:45You've got to be kidding me!
00:50Who's your tennis coach there?
00:51Some guy you've maybe heard of before.
00:54He's won 24 Grand Slams, so pretty good coach.
00:59You look amazing, but we've got to work on that.
01:01Yeah, it's the look that counts, though, isn't it?
01:03Good to see you, man.
01:04You good?
01:05Yeah, good, good.
01:06Look at you.
01:06I figured if it was like racing, having the equipment's half the battle.
01:10That forehand is decent, backhand, we've got to work on that.
01:13Need some more.
01:14That's better.
01:15Great.
01:17Much better.
01:17All right, ready for some doubles.
01:19You're not going to ball a hog, are you?
01:20Here we go.
01:24I get it.
01:26I'm glad he's on my team.
01:31I'm glad he's on my team.
01:32Let's go.
01:33Woo!
01:34Okay.
01:36Zach is feeling it right now.
01:37What's the goal for the team this year?
01:40The goal for the team this year is to win the Constructors' Championship and finish one,
01:43two in the Drivers' Championship.
01:46And so far, so good.
01:49With Lando and Oscar, we've got two of the fastest racing drivers in the world.
01:54P1, great job.
01:55All right, boys.
01:56Amazing, great start of the year.
01:58They're both number one drivers.
02:01All right, great drive.
02:02And it's a one-two for the team.
02:04Mega job, guys.
02:05What we mean by it is we have two drivers that are both fighting for the championship.
02:11We want to be in a position where we let them fight it out on track and let them decide
02:15who's going to come out on top.
02:18Seems like both of the guys are very mature in their approach.
02:21Very focused.
02:22Yeah.
02:24He's on it.
02:24They're strong.
02:25That's great.
02:25They're strong.
02:26Awesome.
02:27All right.
02:27All right.
02:28Let's finish this off.
02:29Here we go.
02:31Blast them.
02:33Zach has the fastest car and two brilliant drivers.
02:38On paper, golden.
02:40But it's not that simple.
02:43You get it.
02:44I get it.
02:46Zach's strategy to let them race is a massive gamble because only one of them can be crowned
02:52world champion.
02:56For the other, it's going to end in tears.
03:16We're a bit slow, huh?
03:18No, we're getting overtaken by everyone here.
03:20Oh, shit.
03:20Watch out.
03:21Watch out.
03:22Oh, man.
03:23Oh, man.
03:24Oh, man.
03:24Oh, man.
03:25Oh, man.
03:26Now look at us, hey?
03:27Guys.
03:28Back to reality.
03:29Guys, look at it.
03:30Wow.
03:30I feel like it's meant to be an off-road car.
03:33His bollocks are going to bulge out the front of these shorts in a minute.
03:38Bump, man.
03:39Big bulge.
03:40Oh.
03:40They've gone in.
03:42Oh, they've slotted in, right?
03:44They're gone now.
03:46You literally have a camel toe.
03:48That is outrageous.
03:50I know.
03:55Oh, I just woke up.
03:57Bed hair.
04:03What have you got there?
04:05Some drugs to put up with you guys.
04:07Oh, that's not very nice.
04:11Have you been surprised by kind of Oscar's progression this year?
04:16He's made a big step this year, right?
04:19He's made a big step.
04:20But I remember my third year in F1.
04:22Like, you just feel a lot more confident.
04:25So he's doing a very good job.
04:27This year's really important because you have no idea what next year's going to be like.
04:32You might not be in contention next year.
04:34That, again, is another layer of pressure.
04:36Yeah, so you've actually got quite...
04:38It's actually quite a serious year, by the way.
04:41Last year, I had a chance to win the World Championship.
04:45What an incredible race.
04:48Lando Norris on fire with a crushing performance.
04:54And Oscar helped me try to achieve that.
04:58Oscar's slot position, turn four.
05:01I think.
05:01McLaren, give the call to prioritize the highest McLaren driver.
05:06He actually plays the team game.
05:07And Lando Norris leads.
05:09And I was backed by the team as the number one driver.
05:13Lando! Lando! Lando! Lando!
05:15But obviously this year, I think the only thing that really has changed is Oscar's proving himself to also be
05:22a number one driver.
05:24And I've got to prove my worth.
05:26Oscar will also be super hungry to win this year.
05:30Yeah.
05:31How's that going to play out?
05:33Good question.
05:36I have no idea how it's going to play out.
05:40This is it.
05:41This is how my season's going to go.
05:43If I hit a good shot, my season's going to be great.
05:50Oh!
05:51I think you're in the bunker.
05:52Shit.
05:53That means I'm going to have a good spell and then it's going to go wrong.
06:04It feels like a movie.
06:10Slightly different than the Hogan beaters in odds.
06:13Pretty cool.
06:14Yes.
06:17It's been a tiny step.
06:1924.
06:21You know, you come out of the box.
06:22Pretty cool.
06:24Everything's in place, mate, to make your presence felt.
06:30There he is.
06:33Hello.
06:34You were a rookie just a few years ago.
06:37Do you feel like you're becoming a complete driver now?
06:39I feel like I'm in a good place and I feel like, you know, I had to learn a lot
06:44in my first two years of F1.
06:46I'd worked on a lot of the things I've worn to from last season.
06:52What is different this year is I'm going to try and win the Drivers World Championship.
06:58I think that's definitely a realistic target.
07:19Can you beat him?
07:22Yes, I think I can beat him.
07:45Ah, some shade.
07:46Mmm, it's hot.
07:48Pretty fucking hot.
07:51Please give a warm welcome to Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc.
07:58It's roasting here.
08:00It's so hard.
08:02You guys, these hands that are so thick, I'm dying.
08:09Welcome to qualifying at the Bahrain Grand Prix.
08:13The question is, do McLaren have the huge advantage they seem to?
08:18And if so, which driver will get pole?
08:22Zach, you have two drivers who can win the title.
08:24How do you manage this?
08:26You just let them drive as fast as they can.
08:30Everyone's waiting for some sort of explosion between Lando and Oscar, but we love it.
08:35Ready?
08:36Ready.
08:37Feeling good?
08:38We got pole in us.
08:39No big.
08:40All right.
08:43Go do it.
08:45They know what they're doing.
08:46They know what the rules of engagement are.
08:49We do have some papaya rules, which aren't that complicated.
08:52It's don't run each other off the track.
08:58Lando Norris knows he could be in a battle with his teammate.
09:03There's really not any challenges, at least not that I've seen yet.
09:10It is time for qualifying.
09:13We are ready to set the order for the Grand Prix.
09:16Good job in turn.
09:17One.
09:18Here comes Piastri.
09:19Blasting his way down the main straight.
09:23Excellent.
09:24D1.
09:25Good job.
09:31Here comes George Russell.
09:34Track is clear and good to go.
09:39Okay.
09:39Nice job.
09:40D2.
09:41Lovely, lovely.
09:43So, Oscar, currently your P1.
09:45Russell is P2.
09:46It's a bit more pressure on Norris.
09:48Lando, this might need to work.
09:51Have a take place.
09:52One.
09:52Go on, Lando.
09:53Time for lift.
09:54You guys have got a minute.
09:56Norris' first sector is not good.
09:58He's a quarter of a second down.
10:00Yeah, he's in trouble.
10:08P6.
10:09I don't have a great qualifying.
10:12I'm not good enough when I need to be.
10:15That is a poor lap from Lando Norris.
10:19Bit disappointed.
10:20Hang on.
10:21Hold on a bus.
10:26That's P1 on P1.
10:28Job, mate.
10:29Yeah, baby.
10:31That's work.
10:33Oscar Piastri starts tomorrow's race with a tremendous advantage over his teammate.
10:39Good.
10:40I'm becoming a habit.
10:42Finally.
10:43He means peace and say, mate.
10:44That's up.
10:44I can't wait, mate.
10:45George Russell has managed to put a Mercedes on the front row when everyone was talking about McLaren.
10:51George really went on.
10:53Well driven.
10:54Well with Norris.
10:56Norris P6 in the end.
10:59Antonelli.
11:00Superb from him as well.
11:03That's the people, mate.
11:05Give me P4.
11:06Not a bad one.
11:08I'm happy.
11:12Our driver line-up this year is very different to McLaren.
11:16We have a clear lead driver in George.
11:21And then you have Kimia as a rookie who has shown that he has the potential.
11:25Good.
11:26Getting confidence.
11:27You're feeling more comfortable with the car.
11:29In January, the dynamic in the team is very positive.
11:32I think you didn't expect to be on the front row for tomorrow's race.
11:35No, really surprised.
11:36And to be on the front row is mega.
11:39I'm not too sure what happened to Lando.
11:42McLaren has excelled in the last few seasons.
11:45But for me, two lead drivers, it's a very risky strategy.
11:49We had it in the past between Nico and Lewis.
11:54Oh, Nico Rosberg's left a bit of front rowing punch.
11:58He's got a punch to Lewis Hamilton.
11:59Mercedes drivers coming together.
12:02Both of them wanted to win a World Championship.
12:05None of them slotted in for number two.
12:07And this was a little bit like a volcano that started to erupt.
12:12For our turn three we go.
12:13And it's Nico Rosberg and Hamilton's off to the ground.
12:16And Hamilton's had a massive crash.
12:17And he's crashed into his teammates.
12:19The two Mercedes come together.
12:21There was a lot of negativity and that would drag the whole room down.
12:35Welcome to Drive to Survive.
12:37Thank you very much.
12:38Nico Rosberg, 2016 Formula One World Champion.
12:41Some people find that really difficult.
12:45I saw Lewis Hamilton struggled most with that because he couldn't figure out his team's name.
12:50Good.
12:50That's the first Lewis dig.
12:51Great.
12:53When I was fighting Lewis Hamilton for the World Championship, that was certainly a tough moment.
12:59Mentally, it can be very, very challenging because when one driver has a success over the other, it eats you
13:08up inside.
13:09You start to question everything.
13:11Your head starts going, you know, oh my God, is he going to get the better engines all the time
13:15now?
13:15Or is he going to get preferential treatment?
13:17And then, of course, that takes capacity away and focus away from you, from driving as well as you normally
13:24do.
13:25And it's just such a tough dynamic internally.
13:28Lando, what happened in the last run?
13:31I've just been off it.
13:33I feel like I've just never driven a Formula One car before.
13:34So, I'm struggling a lot.
13:37I don't know why.
13:38I need to try and find some answers.
13:41Do you think that McLaren would have to prioritize one driver to ensure they get the driver's championship over the
13:46line?
13:48I guess if you're behind Oscar, you can send.
13:50Yeah, I just, I got a lot of work to do.
13:52So, I don't know.
13:57We're starting to see some cracks in Lando Norris.
14:01Oscar has raised his level and really taken it to Lando in a big way.
14:07Oscar's looking strong.
14:09I'm not allowed to put money on it, but if I did, I'd have it on Oscar.
14:13Zach has a very important role because when you have two number one drivers, it's essential for him to stay
14:18neutral.
14:19He can't really celebrate in a crazy way anymore.
14:24Because when one driver feels that he's being unfairly treated or mistreated and other drivers given a preference, that's when
14:31things start going out of control.
14:33Ferris, Ferris, I get to break your ribs.
14:40And that's a recipe for disaster.
14:50It is time for a fight under the lights.
14:54We are ready to hold a Grand Prix with huge significance for the World Championship.
15:00We've got a little bit of work ahead of us today with Lando.
15:03I think the big thing with Lando is keeping his head, he keeps doing this.
15:08Good job.
15:08Oscar's a bit of a robot.
15:10Yeah.
15:11My emotion is quite linked to just my performances.
15:15When I find it very difficult or almost impossible to kind of get those feelings back, it puts me in
15:20just quite a difficult position.
15:21You've done this one by turn two, haven't you?
15:23Don't rush it. Turn three is fine.
15:29I'm not an overly emotional person, full stop.
15:33Emotions rarely help you solve problems.
15:3715 seconds.
15:40Lando and Oscar now, I hope we continue to get spicy because then, you know, we might be able to
15:45sneak through.
15:48Great drive from Lando Norris, who's worked his way up from P6 and is now in a battle for seconds.
15:55Lando, we want to try and use some of our pace.
15:57If we can get past Russell, we need to try.
16:07Just can't get past.
16:08Stay with them, mate.
16:13Place is still good.
16:14You're a second of that quicker than Russell.
16:16Good job, Oscar.
16:20Yeah, just struggling to get any closer.
16:24Give it everything.
16:25I can't.
16:31Oscar Piastri wins the Bahrain Grand Prix.
16:35Well done, mate.
16:36Well done.
16:37Well, it's going to be one hell of a party tonight.
16:40And it will not be a McLaren 1-2.
16:43P2, brilliant driver.
16:45George, really great, great, great, great.
16:47Ah, happy, happy now.
16:52I think Lando will be feeling the pressure because Oscar's just, like, cool, calm and collected.
16:58He's just not being phased by anything.
17:04I want to win drivers.
17:09Two will be three.
17:11It's not good enough.
17:29Tremendous race by you, Oscar.
17:31You're fully in control throughout.
17:33Just how satisfying was this one?
17:36Very.
17:37Very, very pleased with how the weekend's gone and happy to come away with another win.
17:44Very well done to you.
17:45Thank you, Oscar.
17:46And Lando, let's come to you.
17:47It was an eventful evening.
17:48What are the positives that you take from the Bahrain Grand Prix weekend?
17:53That is finished, probably.
17:58We'll leave it there.
18:01Fighting against Oscar, there's definitely more of a mental war.
18:06He's in exactly the same car, same equipment.
18:09And if he beats me, there's no excuse.
18:12It is just mentally straining.
18:16You can be the fastest driver in the world, but if you're not emotionally ready or mentally ready,
18:22then that can hold you back a lot.
18:25Welcome to qualifying as we set the grid for the fifth Grand Prix of the year.
18:31Lando Norris chasing pole position.
18:40Brother, are you okay?
18:44Yeah, I'm good.
18:45Fucking idiot.
18:47Lando, what are you doing?
18:50Kind of expected better from him.
18:52He's making headlines for all the wrong reasons.
18:56Sorry.
18:57Shit happens.
19:01It all went wrong.
19:03Oscar Piastri crosses the line now to win the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix
19:08and lead the Drivers' Championship.
19:11Wow, wow, wow.
19:12Oscar Piastri, you are cooking, sir.
19:16As the pressure ramps up in the Championship,
19:19Zack has got to back one of them.
19:24And, uh...
19:25If I had to pick one here and now, I'd have to pick Oscar.
19:29The Miami Grand Prix is underway!
19:32Zack is not stupid.
19:34He's probably seen from the Lewis and Nico days of what could go wrong.
19:39Norris goes off the track!
19:41Ah!
19:42At one point, you need to pull the trigger.
19:44Disaster for Norris, the world champion versus the Championship leader!
19:49Who would you put your money on?
19:50I'd go Oscar.
19:51If I had to put one penny, I'd put one penny in Oscar.
19:56Piastri powers by!
19:59As of now, Oscar kind of has the upper hand.
20:03Three Grand Prix victories in a row!
20:08Oscar now has a 16-point lead in the Drivers' Championship.
20:13There are some people that would absolutely be of the opinion
20:17that the team needs to back one driver.
20:21But it is not an easy decision.
20:29You're the ship fans!
20:32What's up?
20:33How are you doing?
20:33Good.
20:34Good.
20:34It's the whole nine yards.
20:36Look at that.
20:37Is that the Mark and Jordan number one?
20:38No, 23's always been my number.
20:4123's always been my number.
20:42MJ copied you.
20:43Exactly.
20:45Exactly.
20:46So this is Toy One.
20:48Yep.
20:48My favourite driver, other than you and Lando.
20:53Yeah.
20:53Ayrton Senna.
20:55Look at that bad boy.
20:57Yeah.
20:58Zach's invited me to drive some of his very special cars from his collection.
21:03Also very expensive cars, so I'm going to try and not break my boss's cars.
21:07I mean, I'll be honest, I'm super excited.
21:09I'm also shitting myself.
21:12Uh, Toy Two, 2007, Lewis made his debut on R.S. Mega that year.
21:20He and Fernando tied on points, and they lost by one point.
21:24Well, let's not make it that close.
21:28I love race cars, and I've loved race cars since I was small.
21:32I collect my favourite teams and drivers.
21:36So those are the toys for the day.
21:37All right.
21:38You're going to like it.
21:39For me, it brings back my childhood.
21:41How much have you spent on it?
21:43I've spent quite a bit of money on it.
21:44Expensive hobby.
21:46Yeah, you can start getting ready.
21:49I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a bit nervous.
21:53Let's see who's quickest now.
21:58You guys ready to try it up?
22:06As close as you can to Austin for the first half of that.
22:10Someone would be pissed if he does a better lap time, wouldn't he?
22:14I became a McLaren fan in 1988 because I was an Ayrton Senna fan, and at that point, I
22:20became all in on McLaren, really got to know their history.
22:25Oh, my God.
22:28He's not hanging about.
22:29One of the things I've always loved about McLaren, they've always had two number one drivers.
22:34They want to race the right way.
22:36They want to race the fair way.
22:39Fuck you, no.
22:41He's not leading the world championship by accident.
22:44When you have two number one drivers, it's like going and watching a heavyweight fight.
22:49I mean, there's nothing better than seeing two of the greatest of the world slugging out
22:53in equal equipment.
22:56Oscar's been in the comfort zone on this one.
22:58He's been unbelievable.
23:00I'm hungry now.
23:01Yeah, don't mind.
23:03Are you still in sparkling?
23:05Still.
23:07You did exactly what we talked about in the offseason, which is you didn't just incrementally improve.
23:14You went from, like, that to world champion stuff.
23:20Yeah.
23:21What's the next step?
23:24I don't know.
23:25We're leading the world championship, so...
23:26It's going pretty well.
23:28Starting to become pretty clear it's going to be you and your teammate.
23:32Yeah.
23:33Going the distance.
23:34I think so.
23:35Yeah, I think it's going to be...
23:36You guys talk about it at all?
23:37Not with each other, no.
23:39But I think we both know what's at stake.
23:43More fun than it's your teammate?
23:45Less fun?
23:46There's more consequence if it goes wrong for us.
23:51Oscar's been amazing, and I think he's definitely a world champion material.
23:56Is it the right time to back Oscar?
23:59That I'm not going to do.
24:02I'm still convinced that we can have two drivers going for the championship, not ending in tears.
24:07I like letting you guys race.
24:09Yeah, I think as long as it doesn't start getting ugly, then that's...
24:14Yeah.
24:15I mean, that's the worst thing that either of us could do.
24:19Yeah.
24:28Oscar, there's three laps to go on for this.
24:31After Lando, now 0.6 behind him.
24:34Free to race.
24:35Free to race.
24:36You know the rules.
24:37Copy.
24:43If you're leading the championship, it only means you're doing something right.
24:46So, it's a nice confidence boost.
24:51Lando, to the fastest car track.
24:52Let's use the pace.
24:54Confess.
25:01I know what I'm capable of doing.
25:17I want to win badly.
25:21And sometimes too badly.
25:52I want to win.
25:52Okay.
25:53Okay, George. Two McLarens. Contacted, sir. One.
25:56Norris has stopped on the left-hand side.
26:03Are you all right, dude?
26:07What have I thought?
26:10Stupid for me.
26:12Have you heard Lando say it's all my fault?
26:15That's been coming for many races.
26:17I've been surprised it's got to Canada before they've made contact.
26:20Every team has the golden rule.
26:22Don't hit your teammate.
26:24Tactics now, that's the lesson for them to learn, that we know.
26:29Been there before.
26:31We would have stopped that. We would have said no contact.
26:35You can fight, you can race, but race and fight cleanly.
26:40Lando really has just completely ripped up that rulebook at McLaren by doing what he's done.
26:48George Russell wins the Canadian Grand Prix.
26:53Verstappen in second place.
26:55Yeah, well done, Max.
26:56Second position, good points.
26:58And Lando, DNF.
27:00Yeah, good points, thank you, sir.
27:02Good shot there.
27:04George, well done.
27:05One and three.
27:06Feels good to be at the front again.
27:08One and two.
27:09And for the first time on a Grand Prix podium, Kimi Antonelli, the third youngest podium finisher in Formula One
27:16history.
27:16Well, that podium is down that way, mate.
27:18Oh, my God.
27:20Thank you, guys.
27:20I feel amazing after getting the first podium. It's like a drag. You just want more.
27:25Small, Kimi Grossman.
27:27Kimi, grande.
27:28Good day, good day.
27:30Good day, sir.
27:32Congrats, Kimi.
27:34It's great to experience the podium with Kimi. Yeah, it shows what a good job he's doing as well.
27:40George, as a teammate, is a really good thing for me. I think, you know, the team at the moment
27:45is working really well.
27:55I think if they would have stopped fighting, I think we would have probably lost the place.
28:02You know, these two are racing for a world championship, so that was an advantage we had.
28:07That was a big exclamation mark. Certainly a real positive.
28:12And, um, well, McLaren, how everything has panned out is exactly as expected.
28:19Crashes happening between the teammates. That's the worst situation within a team.
28:24We've got to not do that.
28:26That's such an explosive negative energy that could derail a whole team.
28:48New York, the F1 movie premiere, and they've shut down Times Square for it.
28:54When has Formula One ever been this big? It's incredible.
28:58Not so long ago, Lewis Hamilton could walk down the street in New York and not be recognised.
29:02Now, Yuki Tsunoda getting stopped on the street.
29:06Love you, Yuki. You're the best.
29:08Nice. Thank you.
29:09I haven't been to many red carpets, full stop.
29:12It is a world that I'm not used to.
29:15Tens of thousands of fans shouting your name.
29:18I had an entirely new experience for me.
29:20A lot of people genuinely said that you were the best dressed man on the carpet.
29:24Oh, all right. I do appreciate that.
29:26We've got a match in Salmonshire.
29:28Yeah, I got you texted, and I said pink, and you said pink.
29:30I said okay.
29:31Ah, man, it's a real pleasure.
29:33All right, we'll talk later.
29:34Who looked best?
29:36I'm definitely not going to say myself, because that guy is, you know, ridiculous.
29:46Is it going to be cold?
29:49How do we feel?
29:51Not best placed.
29:55I messed up, basically.
29:58I was thinking yesterday, what's the best way to relax?
30:02After a not-so-good weekend, I thought media and marketing.
30:09I got told it was mandatory, but I don't think it is.
30:11Is it mandatory?
30:12The premieres?
30:13Yeah.
30:14You?
30:15Yeah.
30:16Where's Oscar?
30:18No idea.
30:19Yeah.
30:20I don't know where Zach is either, to be honest.
30:25Did you feel the touch much?
30:27Yeah?
30:28It looked like it was lucky the tire didn't go down.
30:30Yeah.
30:31It was black and white, and then I know you won't admit it, but there's no way, when you
30:38drove around the next lap, you didn't go, oh, 10 more points for me.
30:42Once I knew it wasn't my fault and that he was fine, then yes.
30:46Yeah, then you start doing the math.
30:49I spoke with Lando after the crash.
30:51I wasn't happy about it.
30:53He, of course, was very apologetic and, you know, disappointed in himself.
30:58We, at the end of the day, want them to race each other hard, but, you know, don't run
31:03your teammate off the track.
31:04And I think Lando needs to kind of hit the reset button.
31:15Yeah, I'll try.
31:19I've lost a lot of confidence in myself, because Oscar's doing a pretty amazing job.
31:26Hate admitting it, but he's running away with it.
31:30It creates more questions in your head.
31:34How am I going to change?
31:36How am I going to attack all of these things that I'm struggling with?
31:41Are we going?
31:42Yeah, we'll just walk you out of here.
31:43All right.
31:47I need to go out and do a better job if I want any chance of fighting for the championship
31:52this year.
31:58This is cool.
31:59Oh, yeah, yeah.
32:00Where is the Statue of Liberty?
32:02Does anyone know?
32:03Was it after the Statue of Liberty?
32:04Ah, there.
32:05Ah, that one.
32:06Yeah.
32:06Oh, wow.
32:07Yeah.
32:07It's a crazy city.
32:09It just thinks of weed.
32:11It looks dirty.
32:13And apart from that, it's a beautiful city.
32:15We love New York.
32:17When is it?
32:17It's so stressful.
32:18I love that.
32:19It's so stressful.
32:19And there's been a few years.
32:21Hey, how are you?
32:22What are you even doing here?
32:26Look at that.
32:27Look at that.
32:27You got your lipstick.
32:29Sorry.
32:30I got a proper little kiss on there.
32:31Sorry.
32:34Yeah, I'm sorry.
32:35It was one of those moves that if you didn't go to the right, you had the momentum.
32:38Yeah, but he didn't.
32:39Yeah, but he didn't.
32:40It was a problem.
32:41No, I was just stupid from the past.
32:44I thought that was a stupid lot of parish to say.
32:48Yeah, but it was like so obvious, you know, it doesn't have to say.
32:50Oh, yeah, all right, all right.
32:51It wasn't like it was half, half, and then I took the blame.
32:53You could have done the job fucking properly and given it a bunch of it.
32:56Yeah, you would have loved that.
32:58I think you would have as well.
33:00No comment.
33:01Can we move everybody into these two kids?
33:04For me, Lando, I think his weakness is his lack of self-confidence.
33:12Yeah, he makes quite a few mistakes under pressure.
33:17If he can sort that out and get on top of that, then he will become complete.
33:41Please give a very warm welcome to Toto Wolves.
33:46Hi, everyone.
33:48George has so many supporters here in the UK.
33:51Yeah, exactly.
33:52Many Brits supporting George, but who likes Kimmy?
33:54They love Kimmy.
33:57Yeah, I know.
33:58He's a lovely young man.
33:59George is giving him such good guidance.
34:01So in England, when you have a bad day, you say that was pretty wank.
34:05Pretty wank.
34:06Okay.
34:07Pretty wank.
34:10Excited?
34:10Just woke up.
34:11You just woke up?
34:13I don't have it.
34:15The Lando stand at Silverstone.
34:18Absolute genius.
34:20If either of our guys win this weekend, it'll be awesome.
34:23But obviously with Lando being British, I think you're going to have mania if Lando brings his home.
34:27Lando! Lando! Lando! Lando! Lando!
34:31What would it mean to win this one?
34:33This is it.
34:34This is the best one of the year.
34:36It'll mean more than every other one.
34:39This year's been...
34:40It's been a lot tougher than what I would have liked.
34:44But behind the scenes, I've been trying to make some changes.
34:49Good job, Lando. Come on. Keep going, mate. Keep going, buddy. This is really good. Come on.
34:53I need to work with my team. Get my head down.
34:57Let's go. Let's go.
34:58Pull, pull, pull, pull, pull, pull, pull, pull, pull, pull.
35:00Obviously, from a mental side, I've tried to improve that one area to unlock more potential.
35:06Come on, Lando. Come on, mate. Adjust to that speed. Come on, mate. Massive effort. Come on.
35:09Come on, Lando. Come on, mate. Come on, mate.
35:12Right through to the end now. Come on.
35:14Now it's down to me to get over those hurdles.
35:17Well done, Lando. Come on. Brilliant.
35:20Well done.
35:23I'm fighting for a world championship, and it's not over. There's still a chance.
35:31Silverstone only deals in spectacular. The British Grand Prix is moments away.
35:38On pole position, Max Verstappen. He's going to be under pressure from the two McLarens.
35:43Piastri starts second. Lando Norris starts third. George Russell is fourth.
35:50When McLaren are in a tricky position, if they are solely focused on one another, that leaves a bit of
35:58an opportunity.
36:02My first memory of Formula One is Silverstone.
36:05At home, in front of my family, it just has a lot more meaning for me.
36:11This is my chance to prove that I can be the best in the world.
36:20Fast cars are approaching the grid.
36:23Obviously, there's a lot of attention on Lando. It's his home race, after all.
36:27So it's a big moment for him.
36:32But I'm here for business.
36:34And ultimately, only one of us can win.
36:49This is good, Oscar.
36:51Pace is good.
36:53Norris has dropped a fair way back.
36:55No, no, focus.
36:58Piastri's really charging towards Verstappen.
37:00Pace is 0.7 behind us.
37:05It's a good pace, Oscar.
37:12Hello, mama.
37:13Oscar Piastri leads the British Grand Prix.
37:17Oscar, your driving has been really strong.
37:19Come on, mates.
37:21Come on.
37:23Rain is coming.
37:25Yeah, come on.
37:26Yeah.
37:32Yeah, where it's picked up.
37:34I've been just be careful.
37:39Yeah, it's too much rain now.
37:41How can you see anything?
37:43I've got no idea.
37:45The credibility is so bad, by the way.
37:47I can't even see Lewis in front.
37:55It's got so much.
37:57I see stuff.
38:08You okay, Doc?
38:11Fuck.
38:13I love it from behind.
38:15Something feels wrong with the car.
38:18Okay, Gibby.
38:19So we're going to retire the car.
38:21Fuck!
38:27Safety car, safety car, Oscar, safety car.
38:30All of that great work from Oscar Piastri has just gone to waste, because that means they'll
38:37just all catch him up.
38:40Just take no risks behind the safety car, Oscar.
38:43I can hardly see anything behind the safety car.
38:46Copy.
38:48Take care then, Oscar.
38:49Take care.
38:55Oh, God.
38:56Oh, Jesus.
39:00There's a seven-eight-sus down.
39:03He basically stopped on track.
39:08Yeah, he stopped.
39:10That's dangerous driving.
39:15Oscar, we've been given a ten-second penalty for the braking of the straight before the
39:20head safety car restart.
39:22Can't wait.
39:24That's a bit bold.
39:25Oh, isn't it?
39:27Ten!
39:30Another opportunity, Oscar has a ten-second penalty.
39:34Yeah, gotcha.
39:40Safety car will be in this lap.
39:41Copy.
39:45Here we go again.
39:48Okay, Max, let's go.
39:55Fucking hell!
39:57Fuck!
39:58Max just spins around from second position.
40:02That lets Lando Norris through.
40:05Incredibly difficult conditions for everyone right now.
40:09Very wicked.
40:09Yeah.
40:10I know it's going to be difficult in these conditions.
40:21It is still way too damp out there.
40:26So, Lando, just got to keep it on track.
40:28Yeah, gotcha.
40:31You've just got to survive these conditions.
40:34I know the focus is good.
40:36Keep it up.
40:41Good job, Lando.
40:43Here we go then.
40:44Come on.
40:45Random Norris is the defacto leader of the British Grand Prix, unless Oscar Piastri can build up a ten-second
40:52gap.
40:53We'll serve the penalty, Oscar, before we've blocked this lap.
40:56Prepare for me.
40:59Nothing will happen for ten seconds, because Oscar Piastri has got to serve his penalty.
41:07I don't think the penalty.
41:09I don't think the penalty was very fair.
41:11I mean, I know it's a big question, but if you don't think it was fair either, I think we
41:15should swap back and race.
41:27We can't play guards.
41:29I mean, he's got the penalty.
41:32And at the end of the day, Lando might even be quicker at the moment.
41:35Oscar, we're not going to do any team orders. It's just five laps to the end.
41:40Help it.
41:44Lando Norris has started in third. He's now first.
41:49Lando Gant, Oscar, is 6.3 and building.
41:52This is huge for Norris.
41:55Lando has driven a brilliant race.
41:58Focus is good. Keep it up.
42:01This is the last lap.
42:05Lando Norris is nearly there.
42:11Coming out of the last corner is the first time I kind of looked up to the grandstand.
42:17Everyone standing and cheering and applauding.
42:20It feels amazing.
42:23To have that feeling of, I can still do it.
42:26That's what I needed.
42:32Lando Norris wins the British Grand Prix for the first time!
42:36Whoo!
42:39Whoo!
42:42Oh, my God, we did it.
42:44Whoo!
42:45Yeah!
42:47Ha-ha!
42:48Yeah, it's beautiful.
42:52Oh, it's fucking amazing.
42:54This is a dream.
42:56We're gonna get home.
42:59It's the best feeling I have ever had for me to win here.
43:03We're in front of the team, my family.
43:06Come on, Mons, to see you.
43:07Whoo-hoo-hoo!
43:12Look into your eyes.
43:14Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha
43:17-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha.
43:26I want you to remember one thing about the 2025 British Grand Prix.
43:31We kicked the run!
43:36Awesome for Lando to win his home race.
43:40What's great is you got two drivers that are fighting at the front,
43:43going down, hopefully, to the last race, fighting for the championship.
43:47Your British Grand Prix winner, Lando Norris!
43:51It feels as though Zack's two number-one strategy
43:56is creating more confusion than certainty between their drivers.
44:00What's off the bench?
44:02Oh, he went in. He's not very happy.
44:05We now have the same scenario, but flipped 180,
44:10in that Lando is overjoyed and Oscar is furious.
44:17If Zack and McLaren don't back a clear number-one driver for the championship,
44:23then at what point does it open up a door for someone else?
44:30Christian needs a headline result.
44:33It just happens. They have a lot of power in that team.
44:36Was it the right decision?
44:37A little bit boring.
44:39This is my team.
44:42I'm not going anywhere.
44:44Max Verstappen wins two in a row.
44:47He's like the bad guy in that horror movie.
44:49He keeps coming back.
44:51Welcome to Abu Dhabi.
44:53Lando has everything to lose.
44:54My confidence is not there yet.
44:56Absolutely breaking it.
45:07Welcome to Abu Dhabi.
45:07You have to win it.
45:27She's happy they're good.
45:27There is some things to lose there.
