00:03This three-ingredient rotisserie chicken salad is super creamy, delicious, and just what I need.
00:08Let's make it.
00:09So this chicken salad is just three ingredients.
00:11Rotisserie chicken, chopped celery, and a lemon herb aioli.
00:15I'm going to take my rotisserie chicken.
00:16I'm going to pull it apart into larger chunks and then chop it into small pieces.
00:20So next, we're going to chop our celery.
00:22I'm going to go for a medium dice.
00:24It's quick and easy.
00:25To a bowl, you're going to add in your chopped rotisserie chicken,
00:28then your chopped celery,
00:29then you're going to add in about one-third of a cup or so of your lemon herb aioli.
00:34Now the aioli, or the mayonnaise, is where you're going to really add a lot of flavor to this recipe.
