05:07And your mission to transform this resort into a destination by working your magic on these four lake houses.
05:15Each of these lake houses have an entry, kitchen and dining, living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an incredible

13:17So I'm thinking we do two-tone siding, a charred black mixed with a natural oak, black window
13:22trim, and a statement entry door, maybe black with glass panels.

13:45Being Japanese-Canadian plays a huge impact on how I design.

14:01We are calling the lake house Moonlight Bay because I love how we have such a gorgeous

14:09Not only is it appreciated in the daytime, but also the nighttime as well.
14:13For siding, I'm envisioning two different wood tones.
14:16One's a rich blackened wood finish, almost like a charred look, and then we can pair it
14:21with a light oak accent.
14:22I want to wow the guests, so a modern sleek door is a must.
14:26Then we'll go in with the black roof on the top to tie it all together.

14:34we just make, like, magic.

15:14wood accents.
15:15And as a nod to my favorite place on earth, the Bahamas, we will paint the front door
15:20in an eye-catching color, and over the black windows, we should install, like, Bahama-inspired
15:25shutters painted the same color as the door.

38:43The first thing I'll say is watching you work together was impressive.

38:57One of the things I noticed right off the bat was just the cohesiveness across the board with
39:02and how you move sort of what I say zone to zone and every moment spoke to the next.
39:08So you just very well executed.
39:10You took that old boat, the vintage boat.
39:12I think it's such a cool spot.
39:14That will be your social media picture, your chill out spot.
39:18Kids will love that.
39:19For me, I love the cabana.
39:21I love that there's shade.
39:22But in the boat on the edges, there was a lot like I can go and get splinters on my
39:27hands.
39:28So just, you know, remembering the little fine details.
39:31But one of the things that I was most drawn to was the floating dock.

39:36We're enjoying the water with young kids, even with older kids.
39:40You want to be out and you want to enjoy the lake as much as you can.
39:43Really impressed with how far you took everything.

39:51I am most impressed with how quickly you got to work.

40:08And by creating that entire space with the camper and the outdoor barbecue space,
40:13You have so many different zones that it really became an additional, like, add-on.

40:53Everything looks great, but it feels like you just needed another half day
40:57to put in a few more screws and a few things.
