00:11we have done several drafts of it and I think at this point in time the final
00:18draft has been put together it has what you call been circulated and ultimately
00:24it's I think at cabinet stage hopefully what you call in the third quarter of this year
00:30we'll be able to launch it there are certain areas that we need to look at certain areas
00:34that need to be fine-tuned and what you call we'll get it done well you know at the end
00:41of the day it's not easy this is a huge task but we need to start understanding I think
00:51we need to start with acknowledging the fact that there's a lot to be done when you look
00:58at what I said earlier in terms of the national AI office the national AI office was brought
01:03into existence for the purposes of reaching out to all sectors every sector has come back
01:07to us with individual challenges the challenges in different sectors are different so it's now
01:14about how we can reach out to the different sectors involved how they can talk to us about what
01:22needs to be done how we are able to then bring that back to government that may involve different
01:26ministries that may involve different state governments local governments you know so that
01:34process has to take place so in terms of how confident I am of getting it done I can say
01:40this I'm confident
01:41that we are going to build a process that will eventually get it done but what is important for
01:46us now is to ensure that there is that process the process is something that is workable not too rigid
01:53flexible it gives us the space to take what you call suggestions from everyone who's going to be
01:59impacted and this is really going to be what you call the work of I mean as they say the
02:07whole it's not a
02:07it's not a whole of government approach but this is going to be a whole of nation approach you know
02:12and I think ultimately I'm confident we'll get there it's really a question of us making sure that we
02:17build a Malaysia where our citizens are AI ready
