00:00Alright, there's your overview let's dive into a few more of the specifics.
00:03We're making progress once again on the power outages. Earlier this morning we were at more than 50,000 customers
00:08without power.
00:09The last couple of hours we were stuck at about 25,000. We're down to 22 and a half thousand
00:14customers without power.
00:16Just proof the crews are out there. They're working hard to get that power restored.
00:21Now Tony talks about some of the snow totals there 5.8 at Denver International Airport.
00:25Here's our top snow totals the latest numbers that have come in Long's Peak takes the cake 333.8 inches
00:32overall.
00:33So all of these obviously up into the mountains where we need it the most. Take a look at future
00:39radar.
00:39So really at this point the snow is pretty much out of here. Even the clouds go the rest of
00:45the evening and then we get a break for a couple days before another minor system brings some rounds of
00:50precipitation in our snow depth.
00:53We've improved. Here's the thing though. So all of this snow. It's not gonna last Tony told you the temperatures
00:59they're warming up.
01:01And all of that's gonna melt but we really care about the mountains where we get into these purple shades.
01:06It's still not as much snow as we would like to have especially given the state of the drought in
01:11Colorado especially this exceptional drought the highest category.
01:14So all of this boils down to late season storm. It helps. It's never gonna hurt.
01:20Well, if we had too much snow, it might hurt in this situation. It's not gonna hurt. It's not gonna
01:25fix our problem though.
01:27Tony gave you the numbers but just another overview Denver you warm up fast. I think by tomorrow midday the
01:33snow is out of here.
01:34It is melted and gone. We get back to the 70s by Friday even 80s by the time we get
01:39to Monday.
01:40It's a roller coaster but that's Denver for you.
