West Indian spinner Akeal Hosein took a catch and a wicket as Chennai Super Kings beat the Delhi Capitals by eight wickets in Tuesday's game.

The Capitals were restricted to 155 for 7, with Sameer Rizvi getting 40 not out.

In reply, CSK reached 159 for 2 in the 18th over, with Sanju Samson unbeaten on 87.

00:08There was an opening partnership of 29 between Patum Nisankar and KL Rahul.
00:16Nisankar was out to Mukesh Chaudhary for 19.
00:22Then Rahul played an injudicious shot and was dismissed by Akhil Hussain for 12.
00:30More trouble as Noor Ahmed struck twice and it became 61 for 4.
00:36Make that 69 for 5 as Akshar Patel was caught by Hussain giving Gurjap Neet Singh the wicket.
00:43A lot depended on Tristan Stubbs and Sami Rizvi to rebuild the Delhi innings.
00:48Their partnership was worth 65 runs for the 6th wicket.
00:53Rizvi topscored with an unbeaten 4-tier while Stubbs hit 38.

00:59Delhi Capitals closed on 155 for 7 from their 20 overs setting CSK 156 to win.
01:06When the men in yellow responded, Sanju Samson and Captain Ruteraz Gaiquad put on 24 for the first wicket.

02:06They are in 6th position and the Capitals 7th.
