00:00My name is Eike Permin, I'm a professor at the University of Applied Science Cologne in Germany
00:04and together with my colleagues from the Netherlands and from Switzerland
00:08we are leading the work package 6 which is about ecosystem co-creation within the Pioneer Alliance
00:14which means that our task is to bring all the external stakeholders and networks to the table
00:21to work together with the Pioneer team and that could be cities, municipalities, industries but
00:27also citizens so it's a very diverse group of external stakeholders that we try to
00:32get involved into the work with Pioneer and so for the first year we've mostly
00:38been figuring out who's out there and what is interesting for them what could we do
00:42together and now we are starting to go into live interactions which means we
00:47build pilots which is something like a process where we learn how to interact
00:52with external stakeholders and then we bring them to the table for all kinds of
00:56topics that are relevant to the Alliance and we do this step by step workshop by
01:00workshop always with focus on one specific topic so the next topic for
01:05example is going to be to talk about disaster relief what can cities do when
01:09it comes to flooding another topic could be AI in public administration another
01:15topic could again be something completely different and what we do is we
01:19facilitate those workshops and make sure that there is exchange between all the
01:2310 countries involved
