More than a dozen people are dead after a tourist boat capsized during a storm. On Thursday, April 30, at around 6:13 p.m. local time, a cruise boat carrying around 43 passengers and crew members capsized and sank in the Bargi Dam reservoir on the Narmada River in India, according to The Straits Times, the Times of India and the Hindustan Times.
