00:00Snapdragon Wear Elite is here and it is the chip that's going to bring everything together in
00:05wearables. So previously Qualcomm's been doing lots of different chips for all different kinds
00:11of hardware be it smart watches, smart glasses, AI pendants, all of that sort of stuff. Now it's all
00:18coming under one umbrella called Snapdragon Wear Elite. The reason why it's got the elite name
00:23is it's got plenty of elite features such as it's now got its own built-in MPU to power
00:29something that's called personal AI where essentially devices like your watch, your laptop,
00:37basically the entire ecosystem that runs a Qualcomm chip can now all talk to each other
00:42and share memory between them so that you're essentially talking to a digital twin. Now part
00:49of me feels a little bit weird about that but also I can't deny it's pretty cool to have the
00:54Snapdragon Wear Elite headphones that I've got on remembering the songs that I play, the watch
00:59telling me how my workout's been doing and maybe pairing the two things together to say when you
01:03play this playlist you lift more weight and that could be potentially good data insight that you
01:10could use in your future applications but of course it goes so much more deeper than that and the idea
01:16of a personal AI is so much more versatile than that. The first advice is will be coming this year
01:21including as has just been announced a Samsung Galaxy Watch sporting the new chip. Other things
01:28you need to know it's built on a three nanometer chip process similar to the Snapdragon X2 Elite so you
01:34can expect a whole lot of performance and power efficiency in here as well with a five times faster CPU
01:39and a seven times faster GPU than you got on previous wearable chips from Qualcomm. And what that
01:46essentially means now is that there is a ceiling to floor support across all of Qualcomm's devices to
01:52be able to communicate and share data and actually be an active agentic assistant. But I want to know
01:58what you think. Are you excited for Snapdragon Wear Elite? Go ahead and let me know in the comments.
