00:00Time to unbox EVEN REALITY's G2 Smart Display Glasses.
00:04Let's do it.
00:07Let's open this up.
00:09EVEN REALITY's G2 Smart Display Glasses are notable because they're lightweight,
00:15they look like regular glasses.
00:17Unlike some of the more controversial smart glasses currently on the market,
00:23they don't have a camera.
00:24In fact, they don't have a lot of processing power on board.
00:27They really rely on your connection to the phone and to the cloud for the AI.
00:33Let's start with the small box, shall we?
00:35It's a monochrome display, so it's not going to be full color.
00:39But when I tried these out briefly at CES earlier this year,
00:45I was really struck by how sharp or the sharpness of the imagery.
00:52This is a ring for control, I believe, if I remember correctly.
00:57Charging base.
00:58These start at $599, but that is without a prescription.
01:03Alright, so let's get to the heart of it.
01:05Now we're going to open up.
01:07This box, by the way, is fairly heavy.
01:11I'm guessing that there's some battery power in it.
01:14Oh, there they are.
01:15As you can see, they're thin, generally lightweight.
01:19There's these on the back.
01:21But otherwise, they're not bad looking.
01:24I think this ended up being like a gray color.
01:27And this is the charging case.
01:29And you can see these little connectors in here to charge.
01:32And they connect to the back of that.
01:35I'm sure about the battery life on this.
01:37But it's a monochrome display, so it shouldn't be too bad.
01:41Here's the included USB-C cable.
01:44This looks like a cleaning cloth.
01:45It's pretty good.
01:46They actually look a little bit like my regular glasses.
01:48This may be the first pair of smart glasses I get away with wearing.
01:52And no one would really notice.
01:54And by the way, no cameras on the front.
01:56So no one's going to be like, wait a minute.
01:57What are you wearing on your face?
01:58That's it.
01:59The Even Realities G2 smart display glasses.
02:03$599, not counting the prescription.

02:06Where I'll probably be putting up all my experiences
02:09with Even Realities G2 display glasses.
