00:03:19room listening to the britney spears femme fatale album i know that entire album by heart as i got
00:03:24into middle school i realized though having a disability is very difficult there's a lot of
00:03:28things that i can do that other people cannot do and that's my singing talent
00:03:34i watched you last week it was really really good with my vision i can't move around the stage
00:03:39but the emotion is the most important thing it draws people in it's going to be my secret weapon
00:03:45against bear i always thought i'm just the guy that sings the gas station that's all i'll ever be

01:07:28I was her sleep paralysis demon.

01:07:34The reason I am as tall as I am,
01:07:35I have a thing called Marfan syndrome,
01:07:37which is a genetic connective tissue disorder.
01:07:39Basically makes me built like a,
01:07:41like an off-brand AirPod.
01:07:45Like, I look pretty cool, but don't shake me.
01:07:50I'm loose inside.
01:07:52Yeah, alright, you got that.
01:07:53I knew I got a skull candy vibe from this crowd.
01:07:55Nice, yeah.
01:07:57I, uh,
01:07:58Marfan syndrome is what's known as an invisible disability.
01:08:04Which I know is crazy for me to have,
01:08:07considering I'm the most visible person ever, maybe.
01:08:11My friends buy me music festival tickets just so they have a meeting point.
01:08:23I'm a landmark, if nothing else.
01:08:26Yeah.
01:08:26Marfan syndrome also makes me have a thing called scoliosis,
01:08:29which means I have three curves in my spine.
01:08:31Uh, I might have to get that surgically corrected at some point,
01:08:34which is kind of tough.
01:08:35They gotta cut you open and put metal rods in your spine,
01:08:38uh, which would make me unable to bend over,
01:08:41but would also make me seven-six.
01:08:49This isn't even my final form.
01:08:54Crazy.
01:08:59I was, uh, I was diagnosed with Marfan syndrome when I was 11 years old.
01:09:02When I was diagnosed,
01:09:04they diagnosed me in, like, full-on doctor language,
01:09:07which I think is crazy, you know?
01:09:09I was 11, and I walked into the doctor's office.
01:09:12This man told me I had a genetic mutation
01:09:15that would cause me to have hypermobility.
01:09:18So I walked out of that doctor's office thinking I was the Flash.
01:09:25Not even kind of the same, at all.
01:09:28Just means I'm, like, weirdly double-jointed
01:09:31to just a bargain bin X-Man.
01:09:35Totally different set of powers.
01:09:36I can't save a baby stuck in a burning building,
01:09:39but I can save a snack.
01:09:43Stuck in a vending machine, huh?
01:09:48Right?
01:09:49Can't defeat a supervillain, but I can indicate which I want to go in hitchhiking.

01:11:39I, like, most loved watching the audience during your performance
01:11:43because, as you could tell, it was like, everyone was like,

01:11:47And then it just got progressively laughier and louder and louder as you went on
01:11:52because you were so comfortable talking about it.
01:11:55And I kind of... I love that part of comedy,
01:11:57that there's that, like, uncomfortableness in it within the crowd.
01:12:00But then you brought so many people together, and I love seeing that happen.
