00:05connection to be with them, to be able to listen to them, to transform the
00:10politics in the outside in renovation, to give important ideas and to tell the Colombians
00:16that they are not alone. That has been an important motivation, that's why I'm here
00:21representing them and that's why I'm going to come to the Congress with the experience and
00:25the capacity, how to govern with responsibility and honesty, also because of the difficulties
00:31that different consulados of the world have been suffering. I've been affected, I've been
00:36a person who has also had difficulties to take a consular seat, that's why I want to
00:41be the voice of more than 6 million Colombians in the world in the Congress of
00:46Colombia. That's the most sincere and real motivation that I'm putting today
00:51on behalf of thousands of Colombians in the world.
