00:05Don't worry about my hands being off the wheel.
00:08I was then in the Intelligent Assistant driving model, which is actually nothing new these
00:13days.
00:14But what's amazing now is that in complex city traffic, the system never hesitates.
00:20It moves slowly and steadily like an experienced driver.
00:24And when breaking to a stop, you can barely feel any jerky movements at all.
00:30The ride is incredibly smooth, so AI is just driving way much better than me.
00:37This U-turn is enabled by our data-driven technology, an advanced solution in the industry.
00:43It handles oncoming vehicles and speed control with exceptional smoothness.
00:48Trained on massive driving data from seasoned drivers, the AI delivers mature and stable
00:54performance.
00:54Besides, our foundational model is adaptable to far more scenarios than just urban roads
01:00and highways.
01:01And the vehicle I just tested is equipped with an intelligent driving system developed
01:06by Zev IT.
01:07And this homegrown Chinese brand unveiled its native multimodal foundation model for the
01:13first time at the Beijing Auto Show.
01:14So what does it mean multimodal?
01:17Because we, you can see here in our booth, we empower everything that moves from a truck
01:21to a last mile delivery vehicle, to a passenger car, to a humanoid robot.
01:25So everything that moves is powered by our brain.
01:28So in order to work in different verticals, we call it, the model has to be trained with
01:33different input data, right?
01:35Like your human brain, you train on different input data so you get smarter.
01:39And this is the same logic we use for our multimodal foundation model.
01:43At this year's AutoChina 2026, in-vehicle AI is no longer a gimmick, but a standard feature.
01:50Driving tech brands including Zev IT, Horizon Robotics, Momenta, and Huawei have all showcased
01:56their cutting-edge strength with cheaper prices.
02:00So this one is the Journey 6 chip, the latest version of its series from Horizon Robotics.
02:06We can see the top-tier computing power of this one has reached 560 tops, going head-to-head
02:13with Nvidia.
02:14Yet, the Journey 6 chip has already penetrated down to the US$21,000 class of vehicles.
02:21And leading AEV giants including NIO, Li Auto, and Xpong are all equipped with self-developed
02:27chips.
02:28Xpong's GX model features four self-developed Turing AI chips with local computing power of
02:353000 tops.
02:36And the founder He Xiaopeng pointed out that the era of physical AI in automobiles is fully
02:42arriving.
02:45We've all seen massive shifts in digital AI across China, the US, and the world over the
02:51past three years.
02:52Digital AI is changing our digital world, but I believe physical AI will truly change how
02:58we experience life and impact many jobs.
03:01It can make things easier, like driving, through intelligent assisted driving.
03:06Physical AI will change the role of traditional drivers and also create diverse new roles.
03:13And amid the wave of automotive intelligence, mainstream joint venture and luxury brands
03:18are partnering with local Chinese tech firms.
03:21We are starting a new era for BMW in China.
03:26We offer a new platform, which is not only electric, which offers a new user interface,
03:31which offers the latest Chinese technology in the cars, which has been created together with
03:38Chinese partners, Momenta, Huawei, Alibaba, Wanma, and so on.
03:44And that is the promise to continue the story of sheer driving pleasure with all its elements.
03:50AutoChina 2026 also highlights China's supply chain breakthroughs, ultra-fast charging, cockpit
03:57driving integration, and more.
03:59It's not just an industry spectacle.
04:02It's a statement that Chinese automotive innovation is leading the global future.
