Este lunes 2 de diciembre se llevó a cabo la audiencia de medida de aseguramiento por el caso del homicidio de Juan Felipe Rincón, cuyo crimen se perpetró en confuso hechos ocurridos la mañana del domingo 24 de noviembre en la localidad de Rafel Uribe Uribe. El juez de control de garantías decretó la libertad inmediata de Andrés Camilo Sotelo, de 20 años, por carencia de pruebas.
