00:01:57My day begins at 4.30 in the morning, we're milk over 230 cattle
00:02:02The milk then goes into our family business where we create our very own luxury dairy ice cream
00:02:08using our very own cow's milk
00:02:10Growing up on a farm, you developed a strong work ethic
00:02:14I train six times a week
00:02:16I would say I developed my strength from carrying two massive 20 litre pails every day
00:02:23We call that the real farmer's carry
00:02:27My family are ecstatic, especially my nieces and nephews
00:02:31One of my nieces calls me Auntie Muscles
00:02:33So I can't wait to show her what Auntie Muscles can really do
