00:00How about the Denver Nuggets and the T-Wolves?
00:02Let's get a little post-game action here before we go to the game itself.
00:08Well, weren't sure what we were going to get from Minnesota, right?
00:12And what we got was pretty much a blowout for the first three quarters.
00:15It seemed better, Donnie, than what it was because the reality is
00:20they took their foot off the gas in the fourth and still won by, what, 12 or 13 points.
00:25But you survived, Denver. Can they do it in game six is the question, Donnie.
00:30Let's hear the post-game press conference. Let's go!
00:33I thought it was a good three and a half quarters.
00:34I thought the end of the fourth was sloppy.
00:37But there's a lot of things to look at, you know, and say, hey, we improved on this.
00:43And I said this in the losses, and I guess it just, when you lose, nobody listens.
00:47But there are positives and losses, and you can find things to build on, and we did.
00:52And the group, you know, I thought they realized that there were some things
00:57that they could build on on both ends.
00:59And tonight was just a little bit better than it's been.
01:02And these series, they're long, man.
01:05And game six will be its own story.
01:07So we'll look at the things that we didn't do well.
01:10And I think there's some things they'll see that some of those kids
01:13they played off their bench played well.
01:14And so you might see more of them.
01:16So we have to prepare for what could happen,
01:18and then we've got to prepare for what we know we can control.
01:20What did you see from your group,
01:22and what was causing all the problems holding onto the ball?
01:25Yeah, just kind of silly, you know, playing in the crowd,
01:30not handling the physicality well, you know, just trying to plow through it.
01:35You know, just kind of, yeah, just that,
01:39and just a lot of just silly forced plays by guys trying to make something out of nothing.
01:45Do you think that, was there any kind of a lack of urgency on their part?
01:49Did you feel, or like?
01:50No, I didn't feel a lack of urgency.
01:52I mean, we started the game a beat slow, but I didn't think there was a lack of urgency, so.
01:58Minnesota leads the series still 3-2,
02:00which means Minnesota's going to have a home game in their own building.
02:02If they lose that, they still get a game number seven in Denver.
02:04Joe, I remember you saying yesterday, wait a second,
02:07Denver Nuggets are actually plus money to win this series.
02:09Better grab that now, because if you woke up this morning and go,
02:12let me place a wager on those Nuggets,
02:14Vandu's got them at minus 154 right now, Joe.
02:18Yeah, we said it.
02:19Now's the time here, and, you know, listen, it didn't shock me.
02:22We had said, Donnie, it wouldn't shock me if Minnesota punts on this game,
02:26because we all know it's going to come back to game six in Minnesota.
02:29If they don't win that one, then Denver wins game six and game seven at home,
02:36and the series is over, so.
02:38And Nas Reed, by the way, twisted his ankle,
02:40so that could be another starter they might be down there for game six.
02:45We'll have to keep an eye on that.
