02:07Biancham Holdings and Trading Inc. is a firm previously owned by Harry Roque and his associates.
02:12It drew attention during probes into Illegal Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators, or POGO.
02:17A Senate inquiry later found Roque had a business interest in a house in Tuba, Benguet, where a Chinese fugitive
02:23was arrested.
02:24Roque has been out of the country after he was linked to the POGO controversy.
02:27In a statement, Roque rejects the complaints. He says the actions are politically motivated and intended to harass individuals associated
02:35with the Duterte administration.
