00:39Concerns grow that the ceasefire between the U.S. and Iran might not hold after the U.S. military seized
00:44an Iranian cargo ship.
00:46The U.S. said it fired on an Iranian-flagged cargo ship sailing toward Iran's Bandar Abbas port as it
00:52maintained a blockade of Iranian ports.
00:54U.S. President Donald Trump writes on social media,
00:57We have full custody of their ship and are seeing what's on board.
01:00Iran vows to retaliate and says it would not participate in the second round of negotiations before the ceasefire expires
01:07on Tuesday.
01:08Iran also reasserts control over the Strait of Hormuz that handles roughly one-fifth of the world's oil supply.
01:14Iranian state media says Tehran rejected the peace talks due to the ongoing blockade, threatening rhetoric and Washington's excessive demands.

01:29President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. announces another oil price rollback expected to take effect Tuesday, April 21.
01:36Marcos says diesel prices would be reduced by 24 pesos and 94 centavos per liter, gasoline by 3 pesos and
01:4241 centavos per liter, and kerosene by 2 pesos per liter.
01:46The price cut for diesel is bigger than the 20 pesos per liter that took effect Tuesday, April 14.
01:51The reduction will bring down the common price of diesel in NCR from 153 pesos and 70 centavos to 128
01:58pesos and 76 centavos per liter.
02:01But this is still more than double the 55 pesos per liter common price of diesel in NCR before the
02:07U.S.-Israel war on Iran began on February 28.
02:10Diesel is the most critical fuel in the country since it is used by jeepneys and trucks to deliver goods,
02:15especially farm produce.
02:17Marcos also urges oil companies in the country to implement the rollback in full.

02:38action involving Ko took place.
02:40But the office declined to provide more details, saying it cannot verify the reporter's identity and thus they're unauthorized to
02:47disclose more details.
02:49Marcos has been issuing updates on the arrest of Ko in Prague, but in the absence of proof, his political
02:54opponents cast doubt on the information he has given.
02:57Meantime, Marcos says a high-level team will be sent to Prague to coordinate Ko's repatriation.
03:01We will bring Zaldi Ko home and we will do so in accordance with the law. He will answer to
