00:11:09thicktivity is when your body is thick are you gonna move well vertically it's a lot of body to
00:11:14hold up over water but i'm also strong i'm good at strategizing and i'm fantastic at swimming so

00:11:24i personally love heights over water like me and my twin sister growing up would go cliff diving all

00:13:30as you can see there is a 30-foot container suspended over the water with four climbing walls
00:13:35on it at the bottom of the climbing wall are five blocks that need to be transferred all the way
00:13:43to
00:13:43the top all the while the container will be rotating over the water after you've transferred
00:13:48as many blocks as you can you'll then jump into the water and swim 500 meters to a raft that
00:13:55is when
00:13:55your time will be stopped so this is a progress and timed event the team to transfer the most blocks
00:14:02make that swim the fastest will win today's challenge be safe from elimination and also select
00:14:08one team to be put up for judgment by the jury alongside our hangnail theo winning holds a lot
00:14:15of currency in this game all right so win let's do this
