02:49is being confronted by three women because, according to this customer, he made a rude
02:54remark about her way earlier, which the employee denies.
03:18According to media reports, the offended woman came back with two work colleagues. And neither
03:24were present when the alleged comment was made. When the customer apparently told them the story
03:43after returning to work from the restaurant, they decided to come to her defense.

04:33for the alleged remark. The sudden change in dynamic appears to turn the situation on its head.

04:54defense. No, I did not say that. You're not so interested. No matter. I'm glad that you get the

05:12been drinking like that. The loyal customer who defended the employee post the incident on social media.

07:17And an officer walks into a gym near a residential area to make a simple request.
07:37According to the case report, this gym is on police radar after 36 noise calls
07:43over the course of nine months and several prior compliance tickets.
07:57And unfortunately, it's about to get a whole lot louder.

09:48at a gym in illinois the owner is locked in a dispute with officers responding to a noise

10:25a gym member steps in to confront police
10:39i'm not going as all four officers still struggled to handcuff the man step back
10:50more gym members approached to voice their concerns to the officers

11:24and with the man now secured in handcuffs the police prepared to place him in the squad car

11:36everybody there was cool with you no one yelled at you or anything you provoked that whole thing
11:41according to the police report one of the officers sustains a minor abrasion
11:46on the inside of his bottom lip during the struggle

11:49the gym owner is charged with two counts of resisting a peace officer
11:59according to court records county prosecutors filed a motion to drop the criminal complaint
12:04and the charges were dismissed
12:08and while the case is closed the lesson is clear responding to a police complaint with a level head
12:16is infinitely better than this
12:27while it is certainly the exception rather than the norm there are myriad ways that customers can be
12:33involved in an accident while in a place of business
12:42and the same is also true for employees
12:50and while most businesses do their best to avoid such incidents
12:54there are some threats that are nearly impossible to predict

13:05as a customer in the store chats with one of the owners while heading toward the door

13:14the owner's husband and co-owner of the store sits toward the back while an employee is in between the

13:25and while it may seem like a relatively quiet moment it's about to become significantly less so

13:55multiple security cameras record as just moments after the customer leaves the store
14:01this silver car appears to speed up and drive straight into the store
14:10according to news reports while the male store owner receives some scratches and bruises from being
14:15pushed into the wall his wife is unscathed mostly because as luck would have it she moves her chair
14:23seconds before the car plows through the store
14:29incredibly allowing the falling wall to just graze her without causing any serious injuries
14:44the store employee also appears unharmed according to media reports the driver is assessed by emergency
14:52crews and cleared of injuries the incident is still under investigation it is unknown what caused the
14:59vehicle to crash but in a statement to the news the owner says nobody really got hurt so we can't
15:06complain too much a great reminder that if you're ever in a ground level store with ample parking
15:14it never hurts to keep one eye on the lot outside
15:27every year millions of customers travel to africa for safari adventures
15:33fueling a billion dollar industry built on the promise of getting closer to the wild than ever before
15:45and while this is often a life-changing event for those lucky enough to book one of these outings
15:51it's not always the kind of life change one might be looking for
15:56yeah it's getting a little crispy
16:04in botswana partners larry unrain and jeff melvin are with a group on a canoe safari in the okavango delta
16:15home to africa's largest elephant population
16:19it was actually a birthday present for me for my 50th i was looking forward to seeing
16:25animals at a fun safe distance it did seem a bit sketchy though to be hopping into this
16:32little boat when there was elephants and hippos and crocodiles all around
16:37but i was gonna trust our guides that we were in good hands and we weren't gonna
16:43do anything that was gonna put us in danger for me it was a bucket list thing i always wanted
16:49to get
16:49there sure enough it doesn't take long for larry and jeff's boat to come within about 30 yards of an
16:55elephant we pulled up to the elephant and it was eating grass that was in the water it seemed to
17:02be
17:02just doing its thing we were head on and i was in the front so i think at that moment
17:09that's when i
17:10thought we kind of met eyes when the ears went out and i i knew we were in trouble
17:31within seconds the guides react quickly back paddling the canoes to protect the tourists
17:40but despite the race to safety the elephant is closing the distance fast
17:55in botswana's okavango delta partners larry unrain and jeff melvin are in a boat with a group of
18:02tourists all of whom are in a desperate dash to escape a charging elephant
18:10you're knocking out when the elephant the elephant's bigger than you i'm in this tiny little boat
18:15despite the best efforts of the guides to back paddle the boat to safety
18:20there are no match for the speed of the elephant
18:32jeff took the brumby yeah and my immediate thought was i brought him out here for his birthday
18:38and i get him killed as a group of tourists scramble in the water the guides try to hustle them
18:44to safety
18:44making loud noises to deter the elephant but it's still in full charge mode and then
18:57slams into a tourist in the next boat oh no the elephant charged at that point
19:11it was pretty terrifying in the moment elephants when in the wild one provoked or when they're
19:19needing to defend themselves they will charge you hold you down push you down and then basically stomp you
19:27to death poor guys continue to shout to try to scare the elephant off the woman and then she popped
19:36up
19:37again and she was on her feet and she was luckily walking on her own power and that's when the
19:43elephants
19:43run away into the bush and that's when i realized there was uh babies like just beyond there because the
19:53grass was really tall so we couldn't really see everything according to experts elephant mothers
19:59are fiercely protective of their young oh no so it wasn't random aggression it was protection
20:11miraculously the woman makes it out alive she just got really lucky because we were in water
20:17and hadn't it been for the water being as deep as it was and the mud being as soft she
20:22definitely
20:23wouldn't have survived okay are you okay the tour company has not made a statement regarding this
20:31incident but larry and jeff are grateful for the quick response the two boat pullers basically they
20:38went to hero mode and if it wasn't for them we probably wouldn't be here talking
20:44i was so joyed that i was still alive and i was like wow i think we somehow survived this
20:50completely
20:51unharmed an important reminder that when it comes to getting up close to the wild humans are guests
20:58and not always in control we're miles and miles and miles away from any kind of town or civilization
21:05and we're we're in their space i mean africa will come at you and humble you really fast
