The baked hash brown and chicken casserole is as comforting as a dinner main course can be. In this video, Nicole shows you how to make a funeral chicken and potato casserole using shredded hash browns, shredded chicken, and a crisp corn flake topping. Tossed together with shredded cheddar cheese and an assortment of other flavorful ingredients, the casserole is delightfully creamy in texture while not overly rich in flavor.
