00:00I think fondue is just one of the most delightful ways to enjoy cheese. So good. Pour one and a
00:08third
00:08cups of white wine, a good white wine, a nice hearty white wine, into your fondue pot. Now I'm
00:14cubing up the cheese, gruyere and emmentaler. The smaller they are, the quicker they melt,
00:20and the quicker you can enjoy this dish. To the cheese, add two tablespoons of flour. This helps
00:27thicken the mixture. A quarter of a teaspoon of white pepper and stir this together. So there we
00:34have that all mixed. And add the cheese a little bit at a time. And you can use a wire
00:39whisk or a
00:40wooden spoon to stir. Now you can add the rest of the cheese. One tablespoon of kirsch. This is a
00:49cherry-flavored liqueur. We want to put this right on the special fondue heater, right on top. Last
00:58but not least, two teaspoons of lemon juice. Mmm, ready to try.
