00:32And it looks like everybody that gets up just strikes out against him.
00:36What a move from getting him from the A's over to San Diego.
00:39This team built on pitching right now and winning with pitching, Craig.
00:42Yeah, they're going to be in it from beginning to end.

00:47Their team, as we just saw, it was announced that will be sold at some point
00:51for almost $4 billion.
00:52So maybe this is the last season where the Seidler family runs it back, Donnie,
00:56and tries to push all the way down because this is it.
00:59But, you know, they've got to answer now to the new owners as well.
01:02But Miller's having a great year.
01:03I just would caution everyone out there, as good as he's going to be,
01:07and he's the best relief pitcher in baseball, people this time of the year
01:09get all sexy and try and bet him to win the Cy Young.

01:18There's a great relief pitcher, and then some people start getting really smart.
01:21You know, they want to be the smartest person in the room
01:22and start betting him to win the Cy Young.

01:27Gagne was the one back in 04, I think it was, or 03,
01:30where he won the Cy Young Award.
01:31They give the Cy Young Award to the best starting pitcher in baseball,
01:34and Miller may be the very best pitcher in baseball.
01:37But I think, Donnie, in order for him to win this thing,
01:39I don't care what the odds are,
01:41he'd probably have to give up no runs the entire year.
01:44And I'm still not sure that he would win it.
01:45It's just, I don't know why this has become like this.
01:47It's just the nature of the game.
01:50People want to get back to the Gagne days out there for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
01:53Let's recreate that guy to the bullpen.
01:54That can absolutely be filthy.
01:55But Mason Miller, absolutely explosive there, no doubt.
01:58And as we talked about that lineup here, Machado has struggled.
02:01Outside of Bogarts is hitting .280, and also Miguel Andahar hitting .316.
02:04The rest of the lineup here, you know, 186 for Freddie Fermin.
02:07Jake Cronenworth now down to the ninth hole hitter, a .163 average.
02:12This is one of the things I look at Craig and say,
02:13wait a second, you're supposed to be like the Philadelphia Phillies,
02:16barely with 10 wins with that type of lineup here.
02:18What happens, Craig, when they start the hit in that lineup,
02:21which includes Manny Machado?
02:22Could they give the Dodgers a run?
02:24Yeah, I don't think so for the division,
02:26but anything can happen in the postseason.
