Tai and Izzy come to their aid, with Greymon Digivolving into MetalGreymon and defeating him while Kabuterimon prevents the Tower from collapsing. Meanwhile, Gatomon meets Kari and suspects that she is the eighth child. Following Kari home, Gatomon prepares to kill her but hesitates and flees in confusion.
