00:10issue. Delegation led by First Deputy Prime Minister Ines Maria Chapman
00:14highlighted progress made between 2018 and 2023 in legal and institutional
00:19areas. Among these, the 2019 Constitution and the implementation of programs aimed
00:24at promoting equality and combating racism. During the speech, external factors
00:29were also highlighted that, according to the Cuban government, influenced its
00:32development such as the U.S. blockade. Furthermore, authorities reiterated their
00:37willingness to continue cooperating with international organizations and to
00:41strengthen actions against racial discrimination.

00:51modernization has taken place, encompassing the fight against racism,
00:55discrimination, violence of all kinds and in all the spheres, and against
