00:00Salad niçoise is a colorful composed salad that highlights the freshest produce and seafood
00:04on the French Riviera. Squeeze two lemons into a bowl. Dijon mustard. One shallot,
00:11finely chopped. One tablespoon of capers. These are just the small little caper berries.
00:17Two teaspoons of anchovy paste. And if someone says, oh, don't put anchovies in, I hate anchovies,
00:22sneak it in anyway. They never know. Drizzle in very, very good olive oil. A little bit
00:29of salt and some freshly ground pepper. So now the potatoes add about two teaspoons of dry vermouth.
00:39Now the string beans, just sprinkle them with rice vinegar. Then we have our yellow cherry tomatoes,
00:45our red cherry tomatoes. I'm using a red French lettuce. It's so beautiful. Now arrange your
00:51lettuce, your string beans, our wonderful eggs. Now this is the canned tuna. Yellow tomato.
