Former senator Revilla confident 'truth will come out'

'Lalabas din ang katotohanan' (The truth will come out.) Former senator Ramon Revilla Jr. expresses optimism that the truth will come out after the testimony of National Capital Region District Engineer Gerard Opulencia at the Sandiganbayan on April 24, 2026. In his testimony, Opulencia said that he was only instructed by former DPWH undersecretary Roberto Bernardo to line up commitments for projects.
