01:05And my biggest wish one day is that this foundation, as I don't have children, has been taking over of
01:13the children of Tobago.
01:15Director DigiCell Foundation Georgina Peterkin said persons with disabilities face barriers, and that is why DigiCell started the Innovation Challenge
01:27for Persons with Disabilities.
01:29She said it was designed with a clear purpose to empower persons with disabilities and the organizations that champion them
01:38by backing ideas that are innovative, revenue-generating, and built to last.
01:44This wheelchair-accessible ecotherapy trail thoroughly integrates natural features and physical accessibilities for all visitors.
01:55Adaptive riding ramps, safety rails, and inclusive learning spaces have been installed to accommodate a wide range of physical and
02:06cognitive needs.
02:07Community Development Secretary Ian Pollard said the THAA has plans for the development of four play parks for persons with
02:15special needs at a cost of $557,000 each.
02:20We must have spaces that are all-inclusive for persons with disability.
02:25And it is my endeavor that we create spaces like play parks that could accommodate persons with disabilities, that persons
02:33with wheelchairs and other disabilities could access even those who are visually impaired.
02:40Meantime, Youth Empowerment and Sport Secretary Keegan De Noon said the project is a step in the right direction.
02:48Today's initiative is indeed a step in the right direction.
02:52Inclusivity is something that all of us must be a part of.
02:55Seeing the individuals who are disabled, having a nice part to go through, seeing those who are visually impaired and
