00:00Well, it's May here in my garden, and I just couldn't resist making some bottles of May wine.
00:05And we went down to the Greens Farm Spirit Shop right down at the bottom of Turkey Hill Road,
00:10bought six bottles of a very fine Riesling wine, and we have picked some of the fragrant
00:16sweet woodruff that's growing here along the back of my house. This is called Gallium
00:21Odoratum. This is kind of an unusual herb. It imparts a very delicate but very distinctive
00:28flavor to the Riesling wine, inserting that beautiful, beautiful flowering stem down into
00:36the neck of the Riesling wine. Recork the bottles, put them in the refrigerator for up to two weeks,
00:44and then treat you and your friends to a glass of celebratory May wine. It's a good thing.
