00:00New England Patriots coach Mike Vrabel, a married father of two, is finally breaking his silence on
00:05those pictures. The photos show him canoodling with married mother of two and not his wife,
00:11Diana Rossini, formerly an NFL reporter for The Athletic. I know you've seen these pics. They were
00:17published exclusively by Page Six and everyone has been talking about them. Social media is
00:22positively apoplectic about this right now. The pair initially claimed the photos were completely
00:28innocent, which literally no one was buying. But then Rossini resigned and now Vrabel has
00:33twisted himself in knots. He's given a non-confession confession. Here's some of what
00:38he said. Thank you for your patience that you've shown in a personal and private matter for me and
00:46obviously everybody involved. I've had some difficult conversations with people that I care about, with my
00:51family, the organization, the coaches, the players. Those have been positive and productive.
00:59We believe in order to be successful on and off the field, you have to make good decisions. That
01:04includes me. That starts with me. We never want our actions to negatively affect the team.
01:12We never want to be the cause of a distraction. See what I mean? Contrite for sure, but not really
01:18confessing anything. The Athletic is continuing to investigate the matter even now that Rossini has
01:24left the outlet.
