00:01What I love about owning a dog, they make you feel happy. They're not horrible, they just
00:04make you feel happy when you feel down.
00:06So what dog have you got?
00:07Two Staffies.
00:08Are they super friendly?
00:09Yeah, they're my babies. They're happy with each other. I've got them tattooed on me as
00:13well.
00:13Have you?
00:14Yeah.
00:15Is it a lot of work having a dog?
00:16Yeah, it's hard work, but it's worth it. I don't have kids, so they're my kids.
00:19Yeah, I'm looking at getting a rock oiler, but he wants a golden retriever. My big brother's
00:23just got one. He's brought up all of his settees and all of his clothes.
00:28What difference would it make to your life having a pet, do you think?
00:31I think it would just be more fun around the house.
00:35We're going to be getting the cat soon. We used to have one a long time ago, and they're
00:40just super pets. They look after you, you look after them, you know what they're thinking,
00:45they know what you're thinking, and as soon as you come in after work, you may have not
00:49a great day, and the cat's just waiting there for you. It just gives you so much love.
00:54I think they're good realistically and good for mental health.
00:56Do you worry about the walks, a lot of work?
00:58Yeah, she tends to take herself off for a lot of walks. She's half the problem, but
01:02I do live in the countryside, so she's quite a farm, a farmy dog.
01:06I think they're really popular because they can be used as mental health. They can really
01:12support you if you have anxiety or any mental problems, and they're also really fun to play with.
01:19I used to have a German Shepherd. Since he was a puppy, I loved him that much, and when
01:25he had to be put down, he'd broke my heart. I couldn't cope with it.
