00:00I seek refuge in God from Satan, the accursed.
00:06In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful
00:14Blessed is He in whose hand is dominion, and He is over all things competent.
00:23He who created death and life to test you [as to] which of you is best in deed
00:33He is the Almighty, the Forgiving.
00:37He who created seven heavens in layers
00:44You will not see any imperfection in the creation of the Most Merciful.
00:50Then look again, do you see any poor people?
00:57Then look again and again; your sight will return to you humbled and weary.
01:11And We have adorned the lowest heaven with lamps and made them missiles for the devils.
01:30And We have prepared for them the punishment of the blazing Fire.
01:34And for those who disbelieve in their Lord is the punishment of Hell, and wretched is the destination.
01:50If they throw something into it, they call it a "shiqa" and it boils up
02:01It is almost indistinguishable from others
02:05Whenever a group was thrown into it, its keepers would ask them, “Did no warner come to you?”
02:24They said, "Yes, a warner did come to us, but we denied him and said, 'God has not sent down anything. You are only in great error.'"
02:48They will say, "If only we had listened or reasoned, we would not be among the companions of the Blaze."
03:01They confessed their sins, so woe to the inhabitants of Hellfire!
03:10Those who fear their Lord unseen will have forgiveness and a great reward.
03:25Whether you conceal your words or speak them aloud, He is All-Knowing of what is in the hearts.
03:36Does He who created not know, while He is the Subtle, the All-Aware?
03:44It is He who made the earth subservient to you, so walk upon its slopes and eat of His provision. And to Him is the resurrection.
04:02Do you feel secure that He who is in heaven will not cause the earth to swallow you up when it suddenly begins to shake?
04:15Or do you feel secure that He who is in heaven will not send against you a storm of stones? Then you will know how severe my warning was.
04:33Those before them also denied the truth, so how severe was My denial?
04:41Do they not see in the vast expanse above them rows of angels, and none holds them up except the Most Merciful? Indeed, He is All-Seeing of everything.
05:05Is it possible that this effort of yours could help you apart from the Most Merciful? The disbelievers are only in delusion.
05:24Is it He who provides for you if He withholds His provision? Rather, they will persist in enmity and aversion.
05:38Is it safer for someone who walks face down on a path than for someone who walks straight on a path?
05:55Say, "It is He who created you and made for you the heavens, vision, and hearts. Little are you grateful."
06:13Say, "It is He who has created you on the earth, and to Him you will be gathered."
06:23They say, "When will this promise be fulfilled, if you are truthful?"
06:32Say, "Knowledge is only with God, and I am only a clear warner."
06:55When they saw it approaching, the faces of those who disbelieved turned away.
07:06And it was said, "This is what you were aware of."
07:14Say, "Have you considered: if Allah destroys me and those with me, or has mercy on us, then who can protect the disbelievers from a painful punishment?"
07:30Say, "He is the Most Merciful; we have believed in Him and upon Him we rely."
07:49Then you will know who is clearly astray.
07:56Say, "Have you considered: if your water were to become sunken [into the earth]?"
08:04Who will bring you specific water?
