00:20Russini thing now this was a big thing this was my whole point with Mike Vrabel is like hey man
00:25you haven't spoke you have a draft coming up you're gonna speak at the draft do you want
00:29everybody on the draft night to be talking about you bumping uglies like he had to get in front of
00:33the media at some point and say something he said something he said that he's had difficult
00:40conversations he addressed it with his players uh I'll give you the the clip here so you guys can
00:45hear what uh old raves I can already look at it and say I don't believe him first begin by
00:49saying
00:50thank you thank you uh for your patience that you've shown in a personal and private matter
00:57for me and obviously everybody involved I know that that's not easy for you uh and I respect
01:04that and I appreciate your efforts in doing so I understand I could have you know addressed
01:09you guys sooner but it was important to me to have a conversation with the players which
01:14I did yesterday very candidly as we began uh our off-season program which everyone is excited
01:21to be a part of Stacy had mentioned the players um availability and I was never my intention
01:28to have them speak to you or address you before I did and so I asked him to to come
01:33today and
01:34to talk with you um you know I also don't want to take away from our you know the draft
01:44the weekend of the draft
01:45you know this is an important time for us an organization and the excitement and the joy
01:50that those players are going to have that that we bring onto our football team they're starting an
01:56amazing journey one that should be celebrated uh and we welcome them onto our team oh you sound like
02:03that being said um you know I've had some difficult conversations with people that I care about
02:10with my family the organization the coaches the players those have been positive and productive
02:18we believe in order to be successful on and off the field you have to make good decisions
02:23that includes me that starts with me we never want our actions to negatively infect affect the team
02:31we never want to be the cause of the distraction you know and what I those are comments and questions
02:37that I've answered for the team and with the team we'll keep those private and to ourselves
02:44care deeply about this football team and uh excited at coaching I also know that I'm going to attack each
02:51day with humility and focus and what I can promise you is that my family this organization the team the
03:02staff the coaches everybody our fans most importantly uh will get the best version of me going forward and
03:08that's what I know and I'm excited to do that um but I wanted to want to just address this

04:55are I'm not going 200 miles away in the same state to whatever there's that
05:02the other thing is is that not for nothing we need to fess up on who hired the private investigator
05:12yeah the word is the rumor is that it's uh that it was Rossini's husband that's what's
05:19been who she called ugly she has in podcast clips before she said no I believe she said average
05:24looking average looking if he was smoking hot I would be yeah yeah yeah wow man oof like wow
05:34I was she making a little jokey joke but I guess he wasn't buying it man that's crazy right
05:42um difficult conversations hmm yeah didn't look difficult there
05:48look very relaxed I would say this what makes it even crazier is that
