00:01It's supposed to accommodate 2,435 passengers and 900 crew members, 840 cabins,
00:12oh, and a lifeboat position for every single passenger on board.
00:17That's good.
00:18Yeah, so they're going to make sure there are enough lifeboats on the new Titanic II.
00:23Yeah, just in case.
00:24Also, the new Titanic II is set to be 13 feet wider than the original ship,
00:32and they're saying that it'll be considerably safer.
00:36This enhancement enhances the ship's structural integrity
00:40and ensures a smoother sailing experience across the open seas.
00:45I believe that.
00:46The vessel would also feature an additional safety deck stocked with emergency equipment and lifeboats.
00:53Yeah, the Titanic II was scheduled for the maiden voyage next year.
00:58So it was supposed to be 2027 that the ship was supposed to launch and set sail,
01:05and it would replicate, at least the original was going to replicate the route of the original Titanic
01:13departing from Southampton, England.
01:17Then it made a stop in France and then crossed the Atlantic to New York,
01:24and, of course, off of Canada.
01:25That's where it hit the iceberg and sank in, like, I don't know, 14,000 feet of water.
01:30You know, with global warming, there's a lot less icebergs out there.
01:34So it could be smooth sailing.
01:36Absolutely.
01:36You
