00:00What did you think when they first came to you with this role, with this idea, kind of all of

00:05I was so excited and I just felt like, I was like, oh gosh, I really don't know if I'm
00:09going to get this one.
00:10And I thought, oh, I'm excited to see the movie regardless.
00:12And I am so glad it worked out.
00:14It was a lot of fun to do.
00:16And you play an assistant, Miranda's assistant?
00:19I play Miranda Priestly's assistant, can you believe?
00:21I know, crazy.
00:24It's a lot of pressure.
00:25And what is it like getting that Miranda Priestly kind of treatment and insults face-to-face?
00:30Well, you'll have to see how Charlie handles it.
00:32So there's a very new energy in the office, so you'll have to just find out.
00:35Yeah.
00:36What was that first day like on set?
00:38Dude, it was so cool.
00:39Because my first day on set was at the runway offices that they had built.
00:43And I walked in and I was like, no.
00:45It was crazy because, you know, when the original came out, I was like an 11-year-old closeted gay
00:48boy in Missouri.
00:49And it meant the world to me.
00:50And so stepping into that office, I'm pretty good at my job, usually, specifically at being cool and being like,
00:56we've been here before.
00:57This is what we do.
00:58And that day I was like, it was work.
01:02It was a little bit of work that day.
01:04And you guys were really swarmed by fans and everything kind of throughout this whole shooting.
01:07How was that to navigate?
01:09I felt so bad for Anne and Stanley and Meryl and Emily because I know they're not used to that
01:13stuff.
01:13But all the fans being there to see me was really sweet.
01:19You were around back and forth to your trailer and everything.
01:21No, and they're pushing Meryl out of the way to get a picture with me.
01:23It's humiliating.
01:24It's like, you guys.
01:25But I think they're okay.
01:29Well, and do you feel like this kind of opens the door to a third movie, a spin-off, anything
01:33like that?
01:34Gosh, that's so far above my pay grade.
