00:00The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board, or LTFRB, announced that the Land-Based Service Contracting Program, or LBSCP, portal

00:09will undergo a system update from 11 o'clock p.m. on April 21 until 2 o'clock a.m.

00:15on April 22.

00:17During this time, the portal will be temporarily unavailable while maintenance is being conducted.

00:23All operators and drivers are advised to plan their transactions ahead to avoid any inconvenience.

00:29Normal operations of the portal are expected to resume immediately after the system update.
