00:06The shloka says, koshta ha kruro mhrudur madhyo madhyaha satay samyarepi.
00:12It means there are three types of koshta.
00:15Those are, first one is krura koshta, next one is mhrudhu koshta, third one is madhyakoshta.
00:22Krura koshta is due to dominance of vata dosha.
00:26The person having krura koshta will pass the hard stool.
00:30Next one is mhrudhu koshta.
00:32It is due to the dominance of pitta dosha.
00:35The person having pitta dosha will pass the soft stool.
00:40Third one is madhyakoshta.
00:42It is due to the dominance of kapha dosha.
00:45The person having madhyakoshta will pass the moderate stool.
