P299M in grocery boxes delivered to Brice Hernandez — prosecution witness

Prosecution witness Monica Louis Ocampo-Santos told the Sandiganbayan Third Division on Monday that P299 million in cold cash, placed in boxes, was delivered in 2025 to Brice Hernandez (seen here in the video), a former assistant district engineer of the Department of Public Works and Highways' Bulacan 1st District Engineering Office. Santos testified in the hearings on the bail petitions filed by former senator Ramon Revilla Jr. and his co-accused in connection to an alleged ghost project in Pandi, Bulacan.
