Govt: PM did not mislead parliament

Scotland Secretary, Douglas Alexander MP, defiantly refutes opposition claims that the prime minister mislead parliament, claiming that it is "categorically not" true. He adds that a "conspiracy" spanning government ministers and the civil service, including allies of the ousted senior Foreign Office civil servant Olly Robbins, would be required for the claim to be true.
