00:15Previously on The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
00:18The road has not been easy, but Santa's Chicken and Waffles, Sandy Springs, is now open.
00:23Thank you, Jesus, honey. I finally made it to the finish line.
00:27Hold on. It's not cold.
00:30Y'all have a virtual date.
00:31I have been on dates, okay? And I have a friend.
00:36You say, I just wish P would stop effing people's husbands.
00:41And you know you're not clean.
00:43What, what, what, what, what are you talking about?
00:44You didn't sleep with a married man?
00:45No, I have not.
00:46You absolutely did.
00:48All of this is some bullshit if you ask me.
00:50Why am I stuck here in the middle?
00:53We've been through kids.
00:55We've been through battling to get your company behind closed doors.
00:58I built this $100 million brand, but the people that I put in place couldn't go where I needed them
01:03to go.
01:04I was $20 million in debt.
01:06I'm trying to figure out how to be there with you.
01:09Yeah, I had a lot of lonely nights.
01:12Ladies and gentlemen, give it up for Kay Michelle.
01:15I was preparing for the Academy of Country Music performance.
01:20I stand up.
01:21The whole couch is soaking wet.
01:23You have an opening where you previously had surgery.
01:27It looks like you have an infection.
01:30Because it's something I did.
01:31I got my body done trying to get a butt that I already had.
01:35I got illegal silicone injections.
01:39So it's more a reconstructive surgery.
01:42I paid attention to myself.
01:54It started to scare me.
01:56I'm here.
01:57I ain't die.
02:00I ain't die.
02:02I'm happy.
02:06This particular surgery was unexpected.
02:10The actual thing that has made me sick isn't the BBL.
02:14It's the injections that I got involving silicone.
02:19You all right?
02:20Yeah, I'm good.
02:21I'm good if you're good.
02:23The hardest thing for me was learning that no matter what I do and how many surgeries,
02:29I will never get that silicone out of my body.
02:32It will be forever.
02:33And me, I will never be fully healed.
02:36Portia, been calling to come up here.
02:39Phaedra sent me the nicest message.
02:42Cynthia sent me encouraging words.
02:45Shamia came.
02:46Knock, knock.
02:48Oh my God, you look so beautiful.
02:50Oh, that's beautiful.
02:52I just thought that was so nice.
02:54I know that they probably can be catty, but they ain't catty with me.
03:00I look pretty.
03:05Okay, we're ready.
03:06I'm ready to do that.
03:08Although I've been going through a lot, I cannot let this hold me down.
03:13I'm ready to hit the ground running.
03:15The full glam team is in the hospital because I don't look like what I've been going through
03:20and I never will.
03:21It's one thing to look like a struggle, honey.
03:25And that ain't on me or in me.
03:27We got to get a drinker, huh?
03:28No, ma'am.
03:30Drink a Jack Daniels for this.
03:31Let's do it.
03:32Let's do it.
03:32Yeah.
03:44Hello.
03:45Welcome.
03:45It's so beautiful.
03:48You ain't have to strut on me like that in my house.
03:50Like, we doing heels.
03:51This is how I go to the football game.
03:53Oh, girl, you better be trying to catch some.
03:55Look at you.
03:56Listen, hello.
03:57Girl, I got an ACL charcutta.
03:59We got the lemon pepper.
04:00Is Kelly's chicken for me?
04:02Did you get her to go?
04:02No, I ain't saying nothing to go.
04:05So how's everything with you I see, Omari?
04:07I'm happy she's here with me.
04:09She's just hanging out until she gets back to college
04:12with her partner, and they're living together.
04:14And so I just wanted her here.
04:16Like, let's reset.
04:18I feel like there was a disconnect, especially with her
04:20not telling me she got married.
04:21How did you find out?
04:22You never told me?
04:23You found out through your grandmother.
04:24So they really tried to throw me under the bus, huh?
04:27Something I should know.
04:29That had to be tough.
04:30Girl, my baby.
04:31Like, your baby, I can't imagine, you know?
04:34But we are here.
04:35We're reconnecting.
04:36And I think now she understands that I was just
04:40trying to protect her.
04:41Yeah.
04:41Some girls would be like, deuces, I don't need your mom.
04:43I'm outside.
04:44I'm grown, right?
04:45I'm outside.
04:46Yeah, 25.
04:47I was trying to find this spot.
04:48I was definitely gone at 25.
04:49Started my career acting.
04:50And now you're acting and doing music?
04:53Acting pays the bills.
04:55I don't even know what sleep is anymore because I leave here,
04:59I get on a red eye, I land, I go straight to set,
05:01and I work all day.
05:03And then I get on a flight and come back.
05:04Yeah.
05:04And I miss my babies.
05:06Balance of motherhood and working is more than an ocean.
05:11Josiah, do you know why she's crying?
05:13I have no idea.
05:15You're going to tell me what's the matter?
05:18You miss mommy when mommy has to leave and go to work?
05:22I'm just in a place where I just don't have it all figured out.
05:25Mommy guilt is already real.
05:26It's so prevalent in the house as well.
05:28And I'm like, I need to be home with my kids more.
05:32But I have so many things happening.
05:35Just doing everything I'm doing with real estate and the house
05:38that I'll put under control.
05:40Hey, man, Angela is a serial entrepreneur.
05:42She's a serial real estate guru.
05:44No matter if she lost money in all her houses.
05:48After getting foreclosure notices on the properties,
05:51all of that, I was like, you know what?
05:53I'm about to lose everything I have.
05:55Like, I'm going to walk away.
05:57I lost approximately $2 million in real estate,
06:01$2 million of my own money.
06:03But I feel like I learned so much that I didn't want
06:08to stop investing in real estate.
06:10The first you don't succeed, dust yourself off and try again.
06:12That's the epitome of Angela.
06:14This house will make profit.
06:16I don't care if it makes $1.
06:18That's a profit.
06:19$9,000, $10,000.
06:21Haxbox.
06:22AVEN!
06:23I have.
06:24That sounds familiar.
06:25Girl.
06:27So what are you doing for Drew?
06:29Like, I know we met Black over the phone.
06:31Oh!
06:32I know y'all want to just have me coupled up.
06:34AVEN!
06:35Make that my man, my man, my man.
06:37But it's not.
06:38He's not your man, your man, your man.
06:39I keep telling y'all, this is just somebody, you know,
06:41going through everything I'm going through.
06:43And that's just really, really all I need right now.
06:45Like, has he before?
06:49Oh, oh, oh!
06:50Maybe one time.
06:52Maybe one, I think maybe one time.
06:53He's in town.
06:54We're going to hang out.
06:55You got a date coming up?
06:57What is the definition of date, child?
06:58Let me see.
06:59Date is.
07:00So the definition of a date is, OK, a social or romantic
07:04appointment or engagement.
07:07A romantic appointment.
07:08It's not romantic.
07:10Who you lying to?
07:11She getting that dick.
07:13He is such a vibe.
07:15You know, I know we got to talk to Mr. Telephone Man,
07:17Chef.
07:18Yeah, man.
07:19Oh, no, Mr. Tele...
07:20That was so funny.
07:31Oh, yes, this is perfect.
07:33It's private, too.
07:34This is good.
07:39Hi.
07:40Hey, beautiful.
07:41Well, aren't you a cyphosaurus?
07:43I mean, sores, sores, sores, sores.
07:48Oh, ma.
07:49I'm in a lesson.
07:52Can I sit here?
07:53Yeah.
07:53Oh, yeah, sit right here.
07:54Hey.
07:55Right in here.
07:56Hey, to sit alive.
07:57OK.
07:58Listen, divorce, my feet was looking a little ashy,
08:00and we know I cannot do that.
08:02I'm dating again.
08:03It is really important to keep your toes and your nails done.
08:06Y'all know how fast I move.
08:07We don't know when they're going to propose, OK?
08:14I look good.
08:15You look great.
08:17You got me?
08:18I got you.
08:19Whoa.
08:20When I look at myself now, I feel like I still battle
08:24a lot of the insecurities that I have faced before surgery.
08:29But I also gained a different type of love for myself.
08:32You know you need to take your ass home.
08:35No, if I'm going to go do what I want to do.
08:37All right.
08:37Hi.
08:37I'll come pick you up later.
08:38This is nice.
08:41I am here meeting some friends, and I need some relaxation.
08:45Relaxation?
08:46OK, gotcha.
08:47Your family is waiting inside.
08:48OK.
08:49You think you can hold my hand?
08:50Help me.
08:50Yes.
08:51OK.
08:51It's not cheating.
08:52I just got married.
08:54I don't think he'll be mad when you're helping me.
08:56Hold on.
08:56Wait a minute.
08:58Oh, my god.
08:59No!
09:00Bro, stop on the side.
09:02Baby, it don't look like you had a ..
09:05Oh, my god.
09:16If you stay ready, you don't have to get ready.
09:19We never got an update on what actually happened.
09:23You want to talk about it or no?
09:24No, it's fine.
09:25OK.
09:25Y'all know I did the Academy of Country Music Awards.
09:28Yes!
09:29Yes!
09:29I did it, so I was sitting on the couch.
09:31I stand up, and my whole dress, the whole bottom was wet.
09:36A miscarriage?
09:40I don't know if she's serious, if she's throwing shade,
09:45or if she's just dumb.
09:47You think this is the place for you to question me if I lost a baby?
09:52There was no malfunction in my hot pocket.
09:54It was one with my ass, and you had them to your titties.
09:58A miscarriage?
09:59That's what I was thinking.
10:01No.
10:01No.
10:02Wait a minute.
10:02So they was blow drying me, and-
10:05What color was it?
10:06Was it blood, or was it clear?
10:07It wasn't red.
10:08So I was like, it's not that.
10:10Some fluid.
10:10It was like fluid, so-
10:12Like your water broke.
10:13The wound was open from one of my surgeries.
10:16So you know what happened to me?
10:17I had to go to the doctor, because I had a suture came out.
10:20So I, it was open, but it wasn't bleed.
10:22So was yours like open, but you didn't see no-
10:24It was open, but mine is even, mine is even eight months old.
10:27It wasn't supposed to open like this.
10:29Of course she knows exactly what's been going on with me.
10:32We have been talking, just as I know that her boobs are not healing
10:35as she would like them to.
10:37Why are you busting out saying this?
10:39Praise God.
10:40You are okay.
10:40I'm glad you're okay.
10:41And you look like a million bucks.
10:44No matter what we're going through, we can be at each other's throats.
10:46We're supposed to fight with y'all and y'all being nice.
10:48No, no, no.
10:49You can when you get better, but we ain't gonna fight you when you're sick.
10:52All right.
10:53You did well enough for me to let you know how I feel, okay?
10:59Yeah, I'm gonna do my nails.
11:01Yeah, I'm gonna get a foot massage and just soak mine too,
11:03because I don't really want you to-
11:04I don't even want a foot massage.
11:05You don't want a foot massage?
11:06So I'm ready to take it care of.
11:08Then come massage this back.
11:10Oh!
11:11Y'all, how did the grand opening go?
11:13I wanted to be there so bad.
11:14Eh!
11:15Well, it went good.
11:16Okay.
11:17Me and Cynthia went.
11:18I'm so proud of her.
11:19Portia, you didn't go?
11:21Why you didn't go?
11:22Girl, remember we went out with Kelly and we had a conversation?
11:26Uh-huh.
11:27You remember we got uncomfortable?
11:28Uh-huh.
11:29Apparently, after that, she went to Angela and expressed to her, like told her the whole
11:34situation.
11:35And out of nowhere, she's like, oh yeah, she called you a whore.
11:38And she said that you came to her and said she's through with married men.
11:41So I just sent flowers.
11:42She landed a wackery.
11:45The flowers that broke all up, child.
11:47Oh my God, what happened to the flowers?
11:49Are broken flowers from a broken person.
11:54I think I've done enough.
11:55Kay, I want to ask you something.
11:57Did you feel like there was maybe some truth to it is why she was like that?
12:00I don't know what this woman is doing with her hot pocket.
12:03I don't know.
12:04Wait, what's a hot pocket?
12:05Now come on, Cynthia, you know what a hot pocket is.
12:09What is that?
12:11Your vagina.
12:13You have a hot pocket.
12:14I got a hot pocket.
12:15You have a hot?
12:16I hope it ain't a cold pocket.
12:17It's hot.
12:18It's hot.
12:19Oh, it's warm.
12:20Look what she said.
12:21Oh, it's warm.
12:22It's hot.
12:24Coming up next.
12:26I cannot fail.
12:28Because if I fail, there's so many other black women that are looking up to me.
12:41All right, you ready?
12:42Oh, your friends are waiting for you.
12:44Oh, my God.
12:44Everybody's waiting for you.
12:47You're all waiting for you.
12:49Yes, girl.
12:49Looks like this mom flew by.
12:51Yeah.
12:51And now we got a two-year-old.
12:54And this one, six.
12:56The Milwaukee family is wonderful.
12:58Shia is a big girl.
13:01She's in first grade.
13:02Hi, Shia.
13:03Have a good day.
13:04Love you.
13:05Shiloh is kicking ass in all of her therapies.
13:08My husband, of course, he's opening new businesses every other month.
13:13So it's amazing.
13:15So I know we haven't had much time to talk since I got back from Grenada.
13:19But I wanted to tell you, I definitely went ahead and told them I'm in.
13:23Okay.
13:24Yeah.
13:24How do you feel about that?
13:26About me, you know, partnering with this rum company?
13:32It's fine.
13:32Just gonna put your, put some work in it.
13:37When I expressed my excitement for this rum company to my husband, he was just not even impressed at all.
13:44Baby, my husband almost shut the rum down.
13:49Mom, what's your cost per bottle?
13:50What's your retail price that you sell that bought per bottle?
13:53How many employees do you have?
13:55With the national reach that she has, I think it would take a huge amount of investment to get to
13:59the point where it's market ready for her.
14:01Right now, I don't think it is.
14:03Okay, thank you.
14:03Okay, thank you.
14:04Okay.
14:06All right.
14:07Okay.
14:07I gotta take a call.
14:08Bottom line is, I had to hop my ass on a plane, fly to Grenada, convince these people that I
14:13love y'all.
14:14Bottom line!
14:15I love the Lord.
14:16Can you hear my cry?
14:17This is incredible.
14:20This could be as successful as your HVAC is.
14:25All right.
14:25And all the other things you do.
14:27I need to be able to, like, retire us.
14:32Maybe not retire us, but come close to retiring us.
14:36My husband wants me to have something of my own, but he wants me to have something that would be
14:41successful.
14:42He doesn't believe in this business venture.
14:45But I'm all in.
14:47I feel like it's worth the risk.
14:48Now, what do you think about us getting this rum over in Kenya?
14:52No, they drink whiskey over there.
14:53They don't drink rum.
14:54So you might have to stop drinking whiskey.
14:56You might have to start drinking rum.
14:57Okay.
15:05Hi.
15:07How are you?
15:08I'm good.
15:08How are you?
15:09I'm good.
15:09You here for your meeting?
15:11Yes.
15:12Hello.
15:13How are you doing?
15:14You look dapper.
15:15Good to see you.
15:15Good to see you.
15:16Thanks for coming.
15:17How's the family?
15:18How's Dave?
15:19Everybody's good.
15:20Big Dave, Big Derek.
15:21I call him Big Dave.
15:22Yes.
15:23Talk to me.
15:24You told me over the phone you were thinking of filing bankruptcy.
15:28Yeah.
15:30Individually.
15:30Okay.
15:31Talk to me.
15:31Why?
15:33Can I close this door?
15:35You got it?
15:36Not like the whole world knows what's going on in my life anyway.
15:38I am one of the most prominent black woman entrepreneurs in the country.
15:43So to wake up one day and say, hey, I'm going to file for bankruptcy, that is not easy.
15:48The minute that you file for bankruptcy, people automatically think that you're broke.
15:52I was a personal guarantor for everything.
15:55Your counsel allowed you to personally guarantee?
15:58Yeah.
15:59Okay.
16:00And part of the reason why I'm in all of this is because my former CFO took money from the
16:05company.
16:05So I kind of got like forced into filing ABC.
16:10So now here I am, super successful in business, but I'm crumbling on the inside because I got this $20
16:15million in debt.
16:16And now when I'm thinking this company is folding over and I can start fresh and I can move on
16:21with my life, I literally get knocked back down because I'm a personal guarantor.
16:24After I bought my company back, I got lawsuits like I got underwear.
16:28I have a lawsuit from one time my partners played the Javonte Davis fight at Bar Vegan.
16:35I didn't even see the fight and they sued me for $100,000 because I illegally apparently played the fight.
16:41And then I got another lawsuit for almost $2 million because I couldn't use my liquor license because my investors
16:48already had a liquor license.
16:49Natty coming after me trying to get all my little coin.
16:52Question, where's Derrick? Does he know you're here?
16:54No.
16:55Okay.
16:56I don't want to interfere with what he got going on, you know what I'm saying?
16:59But like the only way that I can get through this is if I start over.
17:03You took some hits, you took some licks as we all know.
17:05I didn't know the story was going to look like this though to me.
17:07But it's a part of the testimony.
17:09I've advised dozens of restaurants, you're not the first, won't be the last.
17:14But at the end of the day, it's going to be fine because you're going to come out of this
17:18with 10 times as many stores, touching 10 times as many lives, and 10 times more powerful.
17:23You just got to walk through this right now.
17:26I don't feel like walking.
17:28Sometimes I don't even feel like getting out of bed.
17:30I cannot fail.
17:32I'm a black woman, so it is a big responsibility to be the best.
17:36People said that I couldn't build a $100 million brand.
17:38I did it.
17:39But I have the debt from the old company that the only way to start over is to file for
17:44bankruptcy.
17:45So, let's make our to-do list.
17:47Have you got everything out that you can tell me?
17:49No, I think I just dumped.
17:50This was a good therapy session.
17:53Coming up next, you're honestly the only person that I've been dating, getting to know.
17:58I mean, but the boy still ain't found a lot.
18:13Get your hand.
18:16Got my coochette.
18:18Hot pocket time.
18:25Beautiful lady.
18:26Oh!
18:28Oh, my goodness.
18:29When I tell you, you are the prettiest woman I have ever seen in my life.
18:34You just get better and better.
18:35How are you feeling?
18:36I'm fine.
18:37Are you sure you need to be out?
18:38I'm gonna be out.
18:39I got stuff to do.
18:40Well, I've been dying to get some one-on-one time with you.
18:43I know Pinky's gonna join us, but at this point...
18:45I love Pinky.
18:45Uh, no, and I, you know, we've known each other, but we've never really spent any real,
18:50real time together.
18:51Yes.
18:52She's my sorority sister.
18:54Get out of here!
18:55What sorority?
18:56We're Deltas.
18:57We're Deltas.
18:58Hi!
18:59I'm so sorry about you.
19:00I didn't know you guys were sorority sisters.
19:02Yeah, this is my girl.
19:04Okay, okay.
19:06You look so good.
19:08I am the 7th Beta Alpha Florida A&M University.
19:13Pinky Cole is Ms. Clark Atlanta University.
19:18We are the queens of our HBCU.
19:21Hi!
19:22Welcome to the Rich Life Experience.
19:24Yes!
19:25Rich Life.
19:25Okay.
19:26We're at the right place.
19:27I love that.
19:28Um, can I get the watermelon juice?
19:30Y'all still have that?
19:31I'll take watermelon juice with some vodka in it.
19:33Ooh!
19:34I'll take that with a little vodka in mine as well.
19:36I'm gonna have me a drink.
19:37I've gone through a lot.
19:39And if I need a drink to give me a little bit of happiness,
19:42after my ass popping out of my back,
19:45I feel like I deserve that.
19:46I'm so excited to have you guys to myself.
19:49You're just so ridiculous.
19:50You're just so unprobable.
19:52Well...
19:53Okay, let's give it...
19:54Let's give it Joanna Summers, okay?
19:57You know, there's two sides, child.
19:58Okay, I want no problems.
20:00Just the belly, and then there's the activated 50 cents.
20:04And speaking of activated, I saw you said you were activated.
20:08I'm like...
20:09Who is a bimbo?
20:10Imagine this.
20:12I'm sitting on my patio at Lake Bailey minding my own business,
20:16only to go on my social media and come across a tweet from Kay Michelle.
20:23I almost spilled my tea, honey.
20:26It's time to read toxic tweets from Kay Michelle.
20:31I'm my own person.
20:34I will sit there and I will smile.
20:37But I am not about that bullshit.
20:41Activated?
20:42Not activated.
20:44Bimbos are the loudest and the most confident.
20:47Shut your face.
20:48She just told me she was in a hospital.
20:50Who the hell is she talking about?
20:52Is the nurse a bimbo?
20:53Well, I'm very confident.
20:55Not that loud.
20:56And definitely never a bimbo.
20:59So I guess it rules me out.
21:02I have been speaking my mind for over 10 years on Twitter.
21:07So no one is gonna question me.
21:09I'm famous.
21:13First of all, I hope I'm not the person you activated against now.
21:15Like, okay, did I say anything wrong?
21:17I don't, I've never been called a bimbo.
21:20You know, I had already talked to Portia about what happened and what was going on with me.
21:27And this big dingbag busts out and say...
21:30Girl, where's my drink?
21:31Where's the watermelon?
21:32Busts out and say, you had a miscarriage?
21:35What?
21:36Who says that to a woman?
21:37That ain't right.
21:38You just don't do that.
21:39In that moment, I realized that I was being tellied.
21:42Oh, hey.
21:43The big titty lady.
21:44BET weekend for the award show.
21:47You didn't sleep with a married man?
21:48No, I have not.
21:49You absolutely did.
21:50And didn't even understand it until I got to get home.
21:53I think you need to have a conversation with her, for sure.
21:56She probably don't even know that she's the bimbo that you're talking about.
21:59I've known these ladies for a while.
22:01I ain't saying they're perfect here, but it has their flaws.
22:03And a lot of them, you know, do dumb stuff.
22:06Obviously, she owes you an apology.
22:08And I think she will be happy to give it when she realizes what she has said was completely inappropriate.
22:15Everybody knows that Portia sometimes just speaks before she thinks of it.
22:18Maybe the miscarriage thing was a reach, but I think it was innocent.
22:25She misspoke.
22:26It was not a miscarriage.
22:27Can I ask you a question for real?
22:29Oh, Lord Jesus, yes.
22:32So what is up with Phaedra?
22:33All she do is giggle.
22:41She's busy eating dead people in the morning.
22:43Is she like that?
22:44Okay.
22:44She being so nice.
22:46Phaedra telling everybody I eat meat, so, mm.
22:49I'm on the board of PETA.
22:50I'm doing all of these things.
22:52Like, you can't play with my money like that.
22:53Wait, what?
22:54Yes.
22:55Phaedra said she be eating meat.
22:58You cannot trust no lawyer that don't practice the law.
23:01I don't trust no lawyer that eat dead people.
23:03Ooh.
23:04We went from K calling Portia a bimbo to, according to Pinky, Phaedra running around town saying
23:10she eat meat.
23:11I can't keep up.
23:12I got enough personal s*** going on in my life.
23:15Between lawsuits, bankruptcy, my husband, my relationship, I realized, I'm like, can
23:19I grow with all of these women?
23:20Can I trust them with my secrets?
23:22The kind of friends that I want to surround myself with are people that are going to
23:26support you in the most uncomfortable situations.
23:29You know, I was just talking to this bankruptcy attorney.
23:31Okay.
23:32What is Derek saying?
23:34Does he know about it?
23:36No.
23:36You done walked out the house this morning, Carrie, and all of that, and didn't tell him?
23:40I just don't want to stress him out like that.
23:42I feel like he would want to know because he loves you.
23:45Yeah.
23:46You know, you're his wife.
23:47I know.
23:48You're supposed to talk to him.
23:50No.
23:52It makes you a stubborn one.
23:55I felt like I done cheated on that man.
23:57No, that's way worse, but...
24:00It feels safe to be able to come and just release and just get support when sometimes I don't
24:06even have support at all because there's so much pressure on me.
24:09I'm in a very vulnerable space in my career.
24:11Like, I'm tired of being a strong friend all the time.
24:14Yeah.
24:14You know, it's important for us just to be able to say, you know, I ain't got it today.
24:17Yeah.
24:18I would like to be a safe space for you ladies as well.
24:21Like, I'm not a mean girl.
24:22Mm-hmm.
24:22I'm not a hater.
24:23I love women.
24:24How you love women?
24:25Wait, Cynthia.
24:26Well, I really came here.
24:28I thought I was going to handle the conversation, but y'all came over here and got my ass together.
24:32I'm like, now wait a minute.
24:34Pinky and Kay are two balls of energy, honey.
24:38And I don't know what ball is coming at me next.
24:42Lord God, we love you.
24:43We thank you.
24:43In your name, we pray for Phaedra Wigg and the conversation of Persia and Kay Michelle.
24:48By the way, we pray amen.
24:50Amen.
24:50Oh my goodness.
24:52Coming up next.
24:53This is different.
24:55It's cozy.
24:55Do you think this is actually about making money or is this you trying to prove something?
25:01Damn it, Amari.
25:04Ho, ho, ho.
25:13Oh yeah.
25:14Welcome to Adana.
25:19This is perfect.
25:20Thank you so much.
25:25Oh my gosh.
25:26What's up, baby?
25:28Whoa.
25:30Oh my goodness.
25:32You're good to see.
25:33Really?
25:34Really?
25:34These are for you.
25:35Really?
25:36Why am I getting these?
25:38You deserve it.
25:38I'm getting you flowers while you're here.
25:40You know, just because I'm going through a divorce,
25:41I can't, like, cry every day.
25:43It's important for a girl to be able to, like,
25:45let her hair down and have a good time.
25:47Did you have some time to look over the menu?
25:49Might as well order hookah.
25:50Let me get blueberry mint.
25:52Do you have white gummy bear?
25:53No.
25:54You the white gummy bear today, baby.
25:56I'm going to just do the same thing.
25:57All right.
25:58I can't even believe you're in Atlanta right now.
26:00What?
26:01Nobody can bring me to Atlanta but you.
26:04I mean, let me look at you.
26:06No, I'm outside, so you know.
26:08I mean, all my money outside, you look like a million bucks.
26:11Oh.
26:11The truth is easy to say.
26:13Black is very funny, charismatic, smart.
26:16I would say brilliant.
26:17I'm just grateful to have, like, a real friend
26:19who is there and consistent.
26:22I got some gifts for the kids and I'd like to, you know,
26:24maybe you give it to them.
26:26You got gifts for my kids?
26:27You're going to make me cry.
26:29You know, that's my love language.
26:30Hello.
26:31You always do the most.
26:32You know, you got to do the most.
26:34Who knows what the future may hold?
26:37What are the possibilities of what the future may hold?
26:40Friends, friendship, friends with benefits.
26:44Yes.
26:44I don't know which category you would like to fall, you know?
26:48Friends.
26:49Yeah.
26:50And benefits.
26:51We have had intimate moments.
26:53We cuddle, we snuggle, we hold hands.
26:57I just think right now it's important for me to put more energy and focus on my kids.
27:02And this three year long divorce journey, like, who gets divorced for three years?
27:06You're honestly the only person that I've been hanging out with, dating, getting to know.
27:11I mean, but divorce still ain't finalized.
27:15What?
27:16Wait, what?
27:18Wait, what?
27:19What'd you say?
27:19It's kind of prolonged and divorce still ain't finalized.
27:23I don't think you give girlfriend material.
27:25I think you definitely give wife.
27:27You are like an investment that somebody else have already invested in.
27:33So in order for me to come forward and make an investment, this partner has to get out
27:37because I don't share.
27:38I'm a boss.
27:40I mean, it's not like I'm rushing it or something.
27:42Like, you know?
27:43Black and I are very clear on where our friendship stands.
27:46I appreciate your friendship and I do love you.
27:49Like, you are...
27:49I love you too.
27:50...one of the closest people to me.
27:52I'm literally your best friend.
27:54Literally.
27:55Literally.
27:55Yeah.
27:56And I value that.
27:57Don't people say, marry your friend?
27:59You know, date your friend?
28:00Like, we really are committed to just creating a healthy friendship.
28:06And that's all that matters.
28:07I'm always having a safe space to be them.
28:09You know what I'm saying?
28:10You always be my friend.
28:11I'm always be your friend.
28:11No matter what.
28:12Even if I get a man.
28:13Don't you think I'm doing this for my health?
28:22This is the house.
28:25Oh, no.
28:28I need you to be on my side.
28:30Okay.
28:31So this is the house you secretly bought.
28:35Watch the spiders.
28:37Looks like an anaconda.
28:38Oh, that's not a spider, is it?
28:40Come on.
28:41No.
28:42Oh, okay.
28:43I want to give you a tour.
28:45So please open your mind.
28:47Okay.
28:47I'm going to have an open mind.
28:50Why are you looking like that?
28:52It's just different from how you usually do your houses.
28:55You know.
28:56The tire.
28:59The tire.
29:00Who dumped that there?
29:01I wouldn't go outside.
29:02Look at that spider.
29:04You see the spider?
29:05There's a spider in every room.
29:06They own this house.
29:08I'm going to conquer it.
29:09Okay.
29:10This house is definitely an emotional purchase.
29:13I lost my mom and my properties last year.
29:17It was devastating.
29:18Sometimes it's not about the big gains.
29:20It could be small gains.
29:22I believe that this house is what the market wants.
29:25It's single family.
29:26It's entry level.
29:27And so I wanted to use this property to lick my wounds a bit.
29:31So we are set to close on Monday.
29:33So are you going to show Charles before you close?
29:37Wait, wait, wait.
29:38Does he even know?
29:41He knows that I put a house under control.
29:43We going to flip this one house.
29:45Okay.
29:46One house this time.
29:47The other four didn't get flipped.
29:48But I'm going to take the lessons I learned.
29:51Good luck.
29:52Okay.
29:53So he hasn't seen the house.
29:54No.
29:55Did you see the house?
29:58I did.
29:59There's a big part of me that feels like Charles does not take my business seriously.
30:04Right now, I have Fangi.
30:05I do own my financial consulting company.
30:08And we do still own real estate.
30:10So he wouldn't have went along with me purchasing the home.
30:14Do you think this is actually about making money?
30:17Or is this you trying to prove something?
30:19Damn it, Amari.
30:21Because where did this house come from?
30:23With all the losses that we had in 2024,
30:26I just feel like I can close that chapter if I had one win.
30:33I definitely feel like this house will, you know, bring some sort of closure
30:38so that I can have something to celebrate with taking so many losses.
30:43And the biggest loss of all, losing my mom.
30:47It's good seeing you, pumpkin.
30:50Oh, gosh.
30:50I love you.
30:51It just feels unfair that she's not here.
30:57I'm sorry, Dylinda.
30:59Don't do it.
31:01Let me just do this real quick, and I can fix all of that that happened in the past.
31:07I'm slowly finding out that there is no closure.
31:16I'm gonna get this together.
31:18OK.
31:20Coming up next.
31:21When I talked to you about the puddle, you bust out and said, a miscarriage?
31:26Why would you say that?
31:28Well, it was a safe space, so let's just be clear on that.
31:30Well, it didn't feel like a safe space.
31:33We'll see you all.
31:34We'll see you.
31:37And we'll see you next week.
31:38Bye-bye.
31:43Hey, hey.
31:44How you been there?
31:46Where are you?
31:47Good.
31:48Thank you for coming.
31:49Hey, Debbie.
31:51Hey.
31:52How y'all doing?
31:55How you doing?
31:56Good.
31:56Good.
31:56Good.
31:57Good to see y'all.
31:58I know what y'all are thinking.
32:00But green beard aside, George Byram is not a leprechaun.
32:05All right, let's turn this hooch into some loot.
32:07Come on now, loot!
32:10How you doing?
32:10Hey, how you doing?
32:12I'm a hugger.
32:13I appreciate him connecting me to Maximilian Booker
32:16because Maximilian has really helped me with this ROM deal.
32:20And since I didn't have the help from Gerald,
32:23I had to rely on Max.
32:25Hey, everybody!
32:26Hey!
32:27I wanted to bring all of you here today
32:29because I want to move to the next step.
32:31As far as the line is concerned,
32:34I think it would be kind of cool to do my own mold of my bum.
32:39Do that joke.
32:47He's like, you're so unperfectionable.
32:50Hello!
32:52I'm giving a new meaning to ass shots.
32:56My peach ROM is going to be called rum from pepper.
33:03I love the compassion, and I love the thought of it, like, helping with your libido.
33:08Mm-hmm.
33:09Oh, wow.
33:09Yeah.
33:09It was like, everybody in the room was like, ooh.
33:12It would be nice to do that, but put my own flavor to it.
33:16You know, I'm born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia,
33:18and I'm what you would call a sweet peach.
33:20But I don't think I saw any peaches when I was in Grenada.
33:24No, no, no.
33:24We don't have no.
33:25That's, that's your stuff.
33:27Mm.
33:27Oh, we would have to import those in.
33:29That might be a challenge.
33:30Okay, that's going to be a challenge.
33:32Going back and forth, that sounds expensive.
33:35Finding out the peaches don't grow on the island of Grenada at all?
33:40Through a ranch in my plans.
33:42Now I've got to figure out how the hell I'm going to get peach flavoring in the drink.
33:46I just want to make sure we can get through all the red tape.
33:49Do we need an importer?
33:50Like, do we have one already?
33:51I can import.
33:52We just need to distribute it.
33:54And you're saying the bottles are already approved, that they approve, right?
33:58For yours, we're going to have to send in approvals,
34:00and we're going to have to step from the ground up.
34:02It's a completely new product.
34:04Got you.
34:04Got you.
34:05The bottling company that you use, would they be able to do that, you think?
34:09Because you know I'm doing this on my own, not with my husband's money.
34:12I'm thinking it shouldn't be more than $30.
34:15What price point did you want to be on the shelf for?
34:18Maybe we can work backwards.
34:20Yeah, because if I got to pay $30 from you guys,
34:23I'm not going to make much of a profit.
34:25I'm starting to kind of see why Gerald was like, this is too much.
34:29Because right now, I am doubting myself,
34:31but I'm still very passionate about this.
34:33I think we have our work cut out for us, y'all.
34:35Yes.
34:36I won't hold you any longer.
34:37I appreciate y'all.
34:40I'm going to talk to Maximilian a little bit
34:42about what the splits will look like.
34:44We can send you over email to tell you what we're thinking,
34:46and then you can let us know what you feel.
34:49You're running all over the wood.
34:50I like that one.
34:52Rumming all over the world.
34:54Absolutely.
35:08So handsome.
35:10Hi, how are you?
35:11Is this going to be two?
35:12Yep.
35:13Just two.
35:13All right.
35:13Follow me.
35:15It's beautiful in here.
35:17Thank you, sir.
35:19Can we get two shots at Casa Azul?
35:21Okay.
35:22We're starting it up.
35:23Okay.
35:23It's date night, right?
35:24Date night.
35:26You ain't getting no more kids.
35:28Me and Derek do not have time to date,
35:30because having a lot of kids is hard, okay?
35:34And business has had us so bogged down.
35:37So, like, the fact that we get to date again
35:39is actually really dope.
35:41She's giving Pinky's prayer.
35:42I love that for me.
35:48I needed that orange.
35:50Woo-woo-woo.
35:52If you had to go back and do it again...
35:53I wouldn't marry you again.
35:54Would you marry me?
35:55You wouldn't marry me again?
35:56I wouldn't marry you again.
35:57Oh, I was about to say.
35:57Nah, I would.
35:59So, me and Derek,
36:00we were married for a year
36:02when we were about to call it quits,
36:04and we drove all the way to the courthouse,
36:07and I think he was like,
36:08you better not get out that car.
36:09So, I got back in the car,
36:11and we started praying,
36:13and then we left, and we kissed,
36:14and we went home.
36:16Okay, let me get the corn,
36:18the Brussels sprouts, and no cheese,
36:19and then I'm good on that.
36:20Okay.
36:21Let me do the muscles for the appetizer,
36:23and let me do the garlic shrimp.
36:25Okay, I got you.
36:26People may say that we rushed into our relationship,
36:29but it don't feel like that.
36:31Me and Derek got married in 23,
36:32so that was three years into being together,
36:35but I was pregnant all them times.
36:36So, it's almost like dating after marriage,
36:40and I feel like we need to cue the violence.
36:42Like, that's my best friend,
36:43and I just love him so much.
36:45The end.
36:46This week, I get this crazy text saying,
36:48like, you got three pending lawsuits,
36:49and I have been dealing with this
36:52for the last three years in silence.
36:54As much as I want to move forward,
36:55I cannot move forward.
36:56It's so difficult, right?
36:58Like, and it's taxing.
37:00It is taxing.
37:01Like, I don't want to keep dealing with this.
37:03So, now, how do I take some of this away from you
37:07financially and spiritually?
37:12I want to be always your main support system.
37:17You know, you so strong, you battle with it alone,
37:19and then I find out later, and I'm like,
37:21yo, I got to get her out of this.
37:23Like, what do I got to do?
37:25I would never turn my back on you, ever.
37:28I know you wouldn't, but I, um...
37:33I ain't ain't gonna lie to you.
37:34I don't...
37:35What I got going on is not your problem.
37:38Making the decision to file for bankruptcy,
37:40especially before telling my husband,
37:42is incredibly difficult.
37:44He's so used to me being the strong one.
37:46Am I going to tell him?
37:47Yeah, I'm going to tell him,
37:48but I'm just not ready to do it right now.
37:49We don't have these moments a lot.
37:52And even though you don't feel like it,
37:54sometimes you're really my best friend.
37:55I love you, and I mean it.
37:56I love you, too.
37:57And we locked in,
37:58and that's a pinky swear.
38:00Well, I'm going to give you this broke pinky
38:01that I broke playing basketball.
38:02Okay, now I'm one that broke.
38:03Give me the other one.
38:04Okay.
38:05You got to kiss the ring.
38:09I love you.
38:20Hey, how you doing?
38:21Hello, hello.
38:23Welcome to Virgil.
38:25Thank you, sir.
38:26I need something.
38:28I've had a long day.
38:30I'm going to try the yellow boy,
38:31and then give her the red gal.
38:34I got a little mean lady.
38:35I got to meet me.
38:37Hi.
38:38I was about to order for you.
38:39You were?
38:40Okay, go ahead.
38:40I got the yellow boy,
38:42and I got you the red gal.
38:43How you doing?
38:44You doing good?
38:46You look beautiful.
38:46How you feeling, though?
38:48I'm good.
38:48I feel better.
38:50Well, I text you,
38:50asked you how you was doing.
38:52I was mad at you.
38:53What's wrong?
38:54What?
38:54You going to listen to me,
38:55you're going to be on your phone.
38:56Hold on,
38:57because what is Kay mad about?
38:58When I came in Saturday.
38:59When I was birthed,
39:00you get your nails done?
39:01When I talked to you
39:02about the puddle,
39:03you bust out and said,
39:05a miscarriage?
39:06Why would you say that?
39:08I didn't know nothing
39:09was wrong with your butt.
39:10We had talked about it.
39:11We had talked about my surgery.
39:13Girl, when?
39:15You mentioned a surgery,
39:16but I didn't know
39:16what kind of surgery.
39:18You know what I'm saying?
39:19I didn't know that.
39:19The only update about you
39:21was from Shamia.
39:23But even if it was,
39:24who talks about a miscarriage?
39:26Well, I've had several.
39:27I have dealt with
39:28infertility issues.
39:29I have also woken up
39:31in a pile of blood,
39:32had a miscarriage
39:32at the house by myself.
39:33And I'm coming.
39:34I didn't even expect you
39:35to come to the nail shop.
39:37Because I think it is
39:37a safe space.
39:38I want to get, you know.
39:39Well, it was a safe space.
39:40Well, it didn't feel
39:41like a safe space.
39:42I was so uncomfortable.
39:45The last thing in my mind
39:46for you to say at that moment
39:48was that surgery
39:49that you've been dealing
39:50for however long.
39:52You know, maybe I shouldn't
39:54have said that.
39:55I'm sorry you took that
39:56to being susie.
39:57It definitely wasn't
39:57my intention.
39:59I think being anxious
40:00to find out what was wrong
40:02with my friend,
40:02it came out.
40:03But it was never a dig
40:06at her about miscarriage
40:07because I represent
40:09the March of Dimes.
40:11So I would never
40:12comment anybody for that.
40:14I don't care
40:16if you have had
40:18the same issues
40:19in life as me.
40:20The fact that you take
40:22something as sensitive
40:23as miscarriage,
40:25when you know I'm trying
40:26to have a baby.
40:27I want a little girl
40:29so bad.
40:31Then you want twins
40:31at one point?
40:32No, not no more.
40:33No more.
40:34I can't handle it.
40:35But I want a little girl.
40:36Your behavior
40:37was not appropriate.
40:39You will never have to think
40:41that I'm not going
40:42to talk to you about it
40:43or even if I act out
40:45a certain way
40:45about something,
40:46I'm going to stand on it.
40:48Like, in the South,
40:49we say the word bitch.
40:50I say bimbo.
40:51I was so mad at you.
40:52So that was me
40:53you was talking about online?
40:54I said this bimbo
40:55all louder now.
40:56I said that.
40:57I was so bothered.
41:00Bimbo.
41:01Bimbo is loud.
41:03It's just so country-ass of her.
41:05We're going to have to, like,
41:06reel this relationship back
41:07and roll it back out
41:09how it should be done.
41:10I'm a very genuine person.
41:12Maybe the representation
41:14I had of you
41:15with me and Kelly
41:16probably wasn't the best.
41:17No, it wasn't.
41:18I can't get in y'all business.
41:19I don't ever want
41:20to say anything
41:21that I regret
41:23because I'm a reformed crash out.
41:24Me too.
41:26So it's best I sit,
41:28see,
41:29and say what it is.
41:30I commend you for today
41:32because this is the start
41:33of how you really
41:35do some sisterhood sh**.
41:36Let's talk.
41:37Don't go and meet this girl.
41:39And I said she felt this way
41:41and then this girl...
41:42Well, I did.
41:42I did do that.
41:43I was pissed.
41:44I told y'all
41:45I want you to shake the table,
41:46but not on me.
41:47Not on me.
41:48Damn.
41:50Portia says she was coming to me
41:51from a place of concern.
41:53That is absolute bulls**.
41:55Normally with me,
41:56if you play me one time,
41:57it's a wrap for you
41:59and I'm done.
42:00But I've decided
42:01to give her
42:02every benefit of a doubt
42:04that I can find
42:05in every corner.
42:06I apologize, okay?
42:08I would never want you
42:08to feel like that.
42:09And I apologize
42:10for quality of them both.
42:11Okay.
42:11I can't say I won't say it again.
42:14Tiras,
42:15give me a hug,
42:16little bitch.
42:16Give me a hug,
42:17little bitch.
42:18Come on, lady.
42:22Next time
42:22on The Real Housewives
42:23of Atlanta...
42:24Hey, slutty gang.
42:25We are having
42:26our Pinky Coe Foundation
42:27ultimate give back.
42:28I ain't never told anybody
42:28you ain't no me.
42:29Why would she be
42:30a lie on you?
42:30Well, she doesn't like me.
42:32Hold on, y'all.
42:32We are at my event.
42:33I don't plan on this.
42:34No, no, no, no, no, no, y'all.
42:36She needs to make sure
42:37she's dating correctly.
42:38I'm not going to be
42:39doing business with you
42:40and you're bringing
42:40up my personal life.
42:42I met with
42:42the bankruptcy attorney.
42:44This is about to be
42:45a public nightmare.
