00:00This has been going on for the past two years and four months since I've been
00:04living in this apartment. It has been a nightmare.
00:29Everybody is connected to one line. So if the first floor, second floor, third floor has
00:34an issue, I am going to be affected. Any person that has a flood, I am going to be affected
00:40and this has not been going on now. It's two years plus and I need justice. A lot of my
00:46things are spoiled. How am I going to be compensated for this? This needs to rectify as soon as possible.
01:04Sunday gone. My place was swimming in water. I am very tired of this. The last incident,
01:13but not limited to, it was Christmas Eve before this one on Sunday. Christmas Eve,
01:19I had an incident. A cracked ceiling. Water was seeping through. I would have reached out
01:24to the AHDC. AHDC would have transferred me to the Maloney head office where I spoke to
01:31Ms. Karen Simmons, who is the facility supervisor and she said that she was holding on. She did
01:36send someone to visit and it took approximately within two weeks. I keep following up. No one
01:43one to date has visited me with the cracked ceiling where water is seeping through.
01:56In one of the rooms, we actually have no current, alright, because water seeps through the cracked
02:02walls and it gets onto the circuits so there's no current which is a fire hazard. I can be paying
02:11a
02:11huge mortgage, almost $5,000 plus. And this has to stop. I am calling upon my Minister of Housing,
02:20Minister David Lee. I am calling upon the Managing Director, Mr. Wazir Alim. I am calling upon the
02:28Chairman, Mr. Khan. Please intervene on this matter as soon as possible.
02:43I have been in and out at Mount Hope Hospital. The last time I was there was last week at
02:48the hospital. I have several
02:53letters and documents from hospitals, various hospitals, alright, medicals. This apartment is getting me sick.
03:02This is my wife, and I have been crying. I have been in the ICU, and I have been concerned.
03:08So, I'm calling upon the doctor and I'm calling from this hospital, which I lost my wife's
03:10hearing from my son of the room.
03:10And I'm calling upon the hospital. I know my son of the hospital. I know my son of the
03:11school. I know that I am calling from T-shirts. In my long life it's a day on to call
03:11for
03:11his children. And I'm calling from the hospital, I always call upon you to do this.
