Colombia decidió tensar las fibras de la electricidad con Ecuador tras la resolución, aún en borrador, en que suspende indefinidamente las exportaciones de energía al país vecino. La decisión del Gobierno, que la llama una “medida de reciprocidad”, responde al anuncio de Ecuador de imponer un arancel de 30 % a las exportaciones de Colombia.
