00:33we received word that the hospital has been received or a temporary restraining order has been entered by Hudson County
00:42Superior Court, preventing the state health planning board and the New Jersey Department of Health from holding this public hearing
00:50today.
00:51Now, wait, wait. The temporary restraining order is against the Department of Health. It is not against me or any
00:59of the other elected colleagues or HPAE.

01:11going to go upstairs and talk anyway about next steps.
