39:57I've got eyewitnesses that are out there that saw Angel go over there with them right before this.
40:03So we did talk to the two other people that were inside of the car.
40:06One of them is 16 years old.
40:08He ended up admitting to handing the gun to Chris, knowing that Chris was going to use this gun.
40:15Based on his statements and him providing the gun, he's looking at felony murder.
40:20The fourth individual, he just happened to be in the car at the time of this situation.
40:25So he's somebody that I think is going to make for a decent witness.
40:29I couldn't ask for a better case because I've got people that are involved that have already told what's up.
40:34And they're trying to save themselves.
40:36You know, this kid, Jet Brumman, had nothing to do with any of this drama.
40:40He's literally an absolute innocent victim.
40:43It's tragic.
40:45That's what I'm going to say now.

40:55I don't know that you can really ever say that they get closure.
40:58But I think that they're going to feel like they've got their day in court.

42:24They took a big part of our lives because everybody loved Jet, and we all miss him.
