00:16course, palm trees. It's the ultimate way to relax. You can't miss the emerald green bar, lined with
00:21every spirit you can imagine, and staffed by bartenders in fancy white dinner jackets. Of
00:25course, with a name like Champagne Bar, you have to start with champagne. I wanted something
00:29bright and refreshing with just a hint of fruit, and the bartenders were so attentive, guiding
00:33me and let me sample a few bottles before I picked one. But, champagnes and cocktails aren't
00:38the only thing the bar has to offer. There's also an extensive food menu. I was feeling
00:41peckish, and the staff pointed me to this tuna arancini. The bluefin was fatty, rich, and
00:46totally decadent, and the saffron-infused rice was super crisp. After my snack, I almost went
00:50for one of their signature cocktails, but I mentioned I was craving a carjillo, and Kyle
00:54the bartender said, I'm about to make you the best carjillo you've ever had. He was 100%
00:59right, it was warm, cozy, with just a hint of spice, and a perfect frothy top. Whether
