00:04hello what's up i'm brian andrew and another video for you guys and this time i've got really
00:08exciting news for transformers in generation so we recently saw a listing for the upcoming wave
00:13of age of the primes and we had assumed that that's going to be for 2027 and that could be
00:18for the start of 2027 but it seems like it might also be for the end of 2026 we've got
00:24a whole
00:25bunch of listings now regarding the second chapter of whatever generations is going for so usually we
00:31have some sort of trilogy they've done that for the war for sarbatron trilogy the prime wars and they
00:36also did that for legacy so the first chapter actually took the span of two years that started
00:42kind of at the beginning of 2025 although we did have a last wave of legacy so age of the
00:50primes
00:50has been going on for 2025 2026 and maybe just the start of 2027 that is so far the longest
00:58chapter
00:58out of any part of any generations line but we're moving forward in 2027 and it seems like we're
01:06going to get age of evolution so they're replacing the primes for evolution and i'm curious to see
01:11exactly what that means because for age of the primes there was a lot of focus on the prime
01:17characters so age of evolution what does that mean exactly i don't think it's going to be like legacy
01:22evolution but who knows for sure uh anyways i also have a blue screen up because i was filming other
01:27videos but i think it looks nice so i didn't really take it down right now i'm gonna go into
01:32this a little
01:33bit blind i didn't see the entire listing but we do know some of the hints and we also know
01:38some of the
01:39other lines so we're getting a selects titan and we're also getting a walmart series which is
01:45apparently called megatron rising resistance so it seems like it's gonna play some focus into
01:51megatron which i'm excited for because we don't really get a lot of megatron focus or at least
01:56not as much as we really should megatron or galvatron so that's pretty cool anyways for age of
02:02evolution the first listing we have is a deluxe barricade if i were to guess it's probably going
02:07to be a repaint of the smoke screen with the black and purple and i think that's really cool i
02:12mentioned
02:13this before in the previous video but i love that i think it was the collector's club exclusive uh
02:18sorry exclusive that took prowl and turned it into barricade i thought that was a clever thing to do
02:23so i'm really excited for that uh next up we have deluxe nightbird which might be a repaint or a
02:29retool of the rc probably the 86 rc and i'm kind of hoping that they do something different with it
02:35remold it or make a new mold uh because i like the styling of nightbird i love her weapons and
02:41accessories so i'm really hoping they play into that as well as the ninja motif uh next up we have
02:48a deluxe collapse which i'm not really familiar with that name i'm not sure if it's out there but it
02:55seems like it's going to be a brand new character kind of like how they did with the jalopy uh
02:59maybe
03:00it's going to be some sort of build you know the the bots that are you know built up from
03:05parts kind
03:06like the junkions uh the armorizer the weaponizers that name completely slipped my mind but uh yeah
03:12collapse is apparently one of the names for the deluxe line this is likely going to be the first wave
03:17uh voyager class we have g2 megatron which is really cool because i have the earthrise repaint
03:24from the selects line and i i don't mind that but i feel like they could have done better and
03:29really
03:29just brought out that g2 megatron now what i'm curious to see is if it will have the shoulder
03:34rocket the acro chest and whatnot but also what kind of repaints we could get because they could
03:39do the arch force they could do the purple one and they could also do i would really love to
03:45see
03:45robots in disguise bludgeon the the yellow and green tank i think that would be really cool
03:50uh next up we have oh okay this is one i didn't see animated slipstream so clearly it's going to
03:59have
03:59that kind of hybrid of generations and animated but that is really awesome to hear because i know
04:05some people don't like that cyberverse legacy repaint i actually don't mind it but they repainted
04:11a wind blade for the for the generations line and some people were just not having it hearing that
04:18we're going to have a full-on animated version of slipstream that sounds really cool and that's a
04:22character they didn't actually originally do so that's going to sound awesome and to pair with that
04:27we've got leader class animated lug nut oh i have been begging begging for a generations lug nut i know
04:37we already have a generations lug nut technically reveal the shields we have that i love that figure
04:42so much but i want to see a brand new version of that lug nut because i i just i
04:48love lug nut you know
04:49i i think he's a cool character and they don't use him enough so seeing that he's going to get
04:54a new
04:55leader class toy i'm thrilled about that let's go ahead and move on to see what else we have in
05:01the lineup we've got oh ho ho ho energon scorp knock you know what's funny about that is uh my
05:09energon
05:10scorp knock broke recently i was so devastated the gold bits in here just cracked so seeing that we're
05:15going to get a leader energon scorp knock not only is that really cool but now we're diving into energon
05:23full blast and it's not just like a one-off like the the core class megatron i like that core
05:28class
05:28megatron and galvatron but i feel like just having that was too small for the influence of energon
05:35especially considering that we've been getting more from armada and cybertron it just doesn't make sense
05:42that energon is so behind everything else especially when you got some pretty cool toys in that lineup
05:48i mean i know some people don't like energon the show but a lot of people seem to like energon
05:53the
05:53toys so energon scorp knock that's a win for me i'm curious to see if they'll do like the dark
05:59scorp knock i think there was like a cybertron repaint that'd be pretty cool or maybe the g1 deco
06:05that they did for like i think it was a bachon exclusive selects we've got a titan energon tidal wave
06:12and i'm so happy to hear that because i never got the original title wave i wanted it but i
06:17could
06:17never find it and it just kind of disappeared off any website so i was disappointed in myself for
06:24never finding it and it's way too expensive now but hearing that we're going to get an energon
06:30tidal wave i'm thrilled about that because i actually kind of like the energon colors a little bit more
06:35i like the gray and purple don't get me wrong but i like that bright green that's thrown in because
06:40it just makes it very lively so yeah hearing that we're going to get an energon repaint for the
06:47tidal wave that's really cool and i'm so happy to hear that it's not just a one-off for the
06:52energon
06:52line we've got two energon bots that's really cool and i'm curious to see if eventually because i think
06:59they hinted on it a while ago they want to do the power links gimmick i would love to see
07:04what they
07:05could do for like maybe a commander class optimus prime i guess we'll have to wait and see uh the
07:10walmart capsule line so like i said this is part of the megatron rising uh we've got deluxe class
07:16rook now some people are probably thinking okay that might be the combiner rook and it could you
07:21know they could remold something into that but considering that it is going to be a deluxe i
07:26think it's going to be a repaint of the wind charger because the original rook was a white
07:32version i think of just the wind charger which sounds like tailgate but it's not tailgate
07:37uh so i think they're going to go that route uh another one we have otherwise it could be purple
07:43just so that uh apparently there was also a purple version of that body used for a different character
07:48but i think it's going to be the white rook uh because they have the mold anyways we also have
07:53deluxe class viper so that makes me think that we're going to get that purple gi joe repaint of
07:57the power glide i mean that's available so why not uh next up we also have a voyager class
08:03for scoop so i'd imagine that this one is going to include the double target masters and i'm hoping
08:08that we get the other double target masters uh with the autobots because i really want a new quick
08:13mix that's the main one for me is quick mix and i think the other one is landfill i think
08:18it's about
08:19time considering that we have the double target masters for the decepticons and i think the single
08:24target masters for the decepticons we need to put more focus in the autobot ones but uh
08:29yeah voyager scoop i'm pretty sure that's for the budget voyager class slash so i'm really curious
08:36to see exactly what this is going to be considering that it's part of the generations line and not
08:41studio series i feel like what they're going to do is uh maybe take one of the i don't know
08:46smaller
08:47grimlock figures and remold it or maybe this is going to be a brand new mold uh but i'm curious

08:52see exactly how this is going to scale with the other dynabots because the original slash figure that
08:57came out for power of the primes that was a legends class figure but everyone else was a deluxe to

09:02voyager so now that we've got the studio series a6 line and everyone's a leader i guess a voyager
09:08class actually does make sense when you compare them so yeah they're gonna do a slash figure next
09:15up we have sky fire so this is splitting between the name it's sky and fire and i'm really kind

09:22hoping that we get some cyber jets i don't know why just every time i see sky fire i'm thinking
09:27that could be a cyber jet it could be something else but i i've been really hoping for cyber jets
09:33for a while so yeah i'm just gonna hope that this might be cyber jets uh next up we've got
09:39a leader
09:39class snarl so apparently i guess they're gonna take the you know dynabot snarl that we already have
09:44and recolor it here i'm curious to see exactly what they do maybe it's gonna be another one of the
09:49g2
09:49repaints um but i guess we'll have to wait and see because there's a bunch of different colorful
09:55versions of the dynabots i know that we've got some of the leader packs but if you notice we've
10:00got two different versions of grimlock the reason being is that there was a concept g2 and then the
10:05regular g2 one so i guess we'll have to wait and see i'm a little disappointed that it doesn't sound
10:11like it's going to be the wolf version of snarl because i really want to see that from cybertron
10:15but maybe we'll get that down the road and then we also have a multi-pack and i'm thinking that
10:23maybe the multi-pack is going to be with a megatron i guess we'll have to wait and see
10:27but there's nothing really to say here because it just says multi-pack i can't really say what that is
10:34exactly there's nothing really pinpointing that it's going to be this character that character
10:38so not really much to talk about there i'm curious to see if the walmart line stays that way
10:45because the previous walmart exclusive line which i actually have the sideways from it
10:49it initially was going to have a voyager class skywarp and that was going to be a repaint of
10:54i think it was the cybertron version of the starscream but we never got that they canceled it so
11:01again i'm curious to see exactly what they do with this i would love to see that cybertron skywarp
11:05be used in some way but i guess we'll have to wait and see anyways that is age of evolution
11:11at the start that is its beginning and it sounds like pretty exciting stuff it's not just g1 we got
11:17some energon some animated a bunch of other things being thrown in that sounds really cool even prime
