00:00Training definitely looks different these days, not as rigorous, but still trying to maintain some sense of normalcy on the
00:06track.
00:06I can say, you know, whether it's the running, the lifting, all the different things, my body is changing in
00:13good ways.
00:14The number one most important thing is, you know, taking care of the baby's health.
00:18So make sure that that's number one and then training comes second to that for sure.
00:23In track and field, you know, you only get so many considered off years where there's no global championships.
00:28So that was our prayer and our hope.
00:30And we're grateful that, you know, we were blessed to be able to do it at the right time and,
00:35you know, hopefully have time to come back for the Olympics.
00:39I definitely have heard of what they call, you know, mom's strength when you come back to the track or
00:44the field or whatever it is.
00:45And just a different kind of, you know, resilience.
00:49It's going to be a journey to get back there one step at a time.
