00:00And you also had a story out in the early hours of this morning about Musk basically saying to
00:03all of your suppliers, get your act together, we're moving at late speed for TerraFab.
00:06Yes. So this is really important reporting with the team in Asia. Basically, TerraFab is real.
00:13They are going to the key names, Tokyo Electron, Applied Materials, LAM. We do not know about
00:17ASML. That would be a key piece in saying, what can you quote us for the machines? If you can
00:22get
00:23us the quote quickly, good. And if you can get the machines to us as a priority over others,
00:27we'll pay you a premium for it. But we also have some detailed reporting on the reality of this.
00:332029 is the earliest this is going to be. That's new information. It's going to be a pilot line,
00:38as we know, in Texas. We have no idea where TerraFab is, if it will be multiple sites.
00:42There was a bit that I'd heard from sources, which I think is really important in the context of that
00:46Intel news we discussed. I understand that they basically went to Samsung. We're like, do you want
00:51to get involved? Samsung's already a foundry for Tesla. And they were like, no, we'd rather just
00:56you be a customer. How about this counterproposal where we get our act together and build a fab in
01:02Texas quicker and you guys use more of it? And I don't know where that's landed, but that's kind
01:06of interesting. You know, not everyone universally wants to get involved in this. Yeah. But it's also
01:11interesting that everyone's putting fabrics, putting factories up in the U.S., right? Because
01:15I saw the TSMC CapEx line and it was like $56 billion. Yeah. Also, I think raised. So, and they're
01:23putting a factory, well, already starting one in Arizona. Yeah, they're ramping. And so we're going
01:27to track the output of that Arizona facility really closely. You know, TSMC CEO was asked about
01:33the TerraFab and he said, well, everyone knows to be true. The economics of this, it takes a long time,
01:38three years to build one, two years to ramp it. You know, it's a serious thing that Elon Musk is
01:44trying
01:44to do. But the thing that TSMC reiterated is like Intel is a customer of TSMC, which isn't a curious
01:51one. Tesla is a customer of TSMC. They still dominate this.
