00:03tonight's NXT on the USA Network as we gear up for TakeOver 30 this Saturday
00:09streaming live on the WWE Network. But in preparation for TakeOver 30,
00:14I wanted to get some of our NXT superstars favorite TakeOver moments.
00:19And let's start this out with my fellow colleague, my friend,
00:24real life rockstar, the NXT ring announcer, Alicia Taylor.
00:28You're best at doing this. What's going on?
00:30What's going on? Thanks for being here.
00:32Thanks for talking to me. Of course.
00:33I'll just talk about the first one that comes to mind.
00:35That is 2019 TakeOver War Games.
00:42That was incredible.
00:45It was my first War Games.
00:47The cage was being lowered and sirens were going off and we were pumped.
00:53Like everyone was getting pumped.
00:54And right before the show, Triple H came up to me and
00:58he said, hey, give me your metal voice.
01:02He says, I want you to go through the rules.
01:04And when you get to, you know, and now it's time for let the war games begin.
01:10I gave it my let the war games begin.
01:16And now let the war games begin.
01:25The whole arena erupted and went nuts and Stephanie McMahon was in the front row.
01:32And when I said, let the war games begin, she was like, yeah.
01:36And I was like, yes.
01:38For me is when Andrade beat Drew McIntyre for the NXT title.
01:42That was a huge moment.
01:43McIntyre's a stud, you know, obviously you know who he is today.
01:47But back then, Andrade, that was his way of cementing his legacy here in this company.
01:53My favorite NXT TakeOver moment would probably be NXT TakeOver Respect.
01:58Sasha versus Bayley.
01:59Iron Woman match.
02:01It had everything.
02:02It had the thrills, the hard hitting.
02:04It's just a match you dream of having against your best friend.
02:07So yeah, it's definitely that's my favorite TakeOver moment.
02:10My favorite TakeOver moment, isn't it?
02:12It's funny, my favorite TakeOver moment.
02:13Well, listen, I'll actually tell you what my least favorite TakeOver moment is.
02:18And that's TakeOver in your house when I was actually filmed while I was basically passing out.

02:24That's a memory I want to get out of my brain.
02:27And I don't want anyone to remember it about the Robert Stone brand.
02:31My favorite moment at an NXT TakeOver event
02:35would of course be the TakeOver War Games event.
02:41Where I set up a couple chairs, I picked Shayna Baszler up,
02:45and I slammed it straight through them for the one, two, three.
02:49That's my favorite.
02:52Wow, there have been so many incredible, memorable, extraordinary TakeOver moments.
02:58I have to say my favorite TakeOver moment has to be from this past TakeOver
03:02at TakeOver in your house when Io Shirai became the new NXT Women's Champion for
03:07the very first time.
03:08But I'm certainly looking forward to this upcoming TakeOver this Saturday,
03:12streaming live on the WWE Network.
