00:01Hello everyone, welcome back to the channel.
00:04Earlier today, the developers hosted the version 1.2 special program livestream
00:08and it revealed a lot of exciting news for the upcoming update.
00:12If you missed the stream or just want the quick summary version, don't worry.
00:16In this video, I'll break down the most important announcements, rewards,
00:20new operator abilities, maps, events and system improvements coming in version 1.2.
00:25So let's jump right into it.
00:26First things first, three rewards.
00:29The developers confirmed that special program rewards will be sent directly to every players in game mailbox,
00:33so make sure you log in and claim them once they arrive.
00:36But the biggest surprise is that all players will receive a free pristine monthly pass when the new patch launches.
00:42This pass is separate from the normal monthly pass, which means it can't stack with the one you already have,
00:46giving players even more value during the patch.
00:48Version 1.2 will also continue the story.
00:52A brand new chapter will introduce a major storyline involving a powerful threat
00:56and players will eventually face the boss Nefarid.
00:59This upcoming encounter looks like it will play a key role in the next stage of the narrative,
01:02so lore fans should definitely look forward to this chapter.
01:05The patch will introduce one brand new operator.
01:08She is an Electro Striker type character capable of dealing massive electric damage and applying powerful debuffs to enemies.
01:14Her gameplay revolves around building and consuming electrification stacks to increase her damage output.
01:20Her combo ability activates when an ally lands a final strike on an enemy affected by electric infliction.
01:25When triggered, she summons thunderblades that strike the target and deal electric damage.
01:29If the enemy already has electric stacks, they will become electrified, increasing the power of the attack depending on how
01:34many stacks were consumed.
01:36Her main combat skill consumes the enemy's electrification stacks to increase the damage multiplier.
01:40Depending on the level consumed, the skill will generate up to 3 thunderblades, which then attack the target with powerful
01:45lightning strikes.
01:46The battlefield can hold up to 9 thunderblades at once, creating strong sustained pressure on enemies.
01:52Her ultimate ability transforms her combat stance, significantly boosting her combat power during the ultimate.
01:59Her combat skill gains larger area of effect damage.
02:03The first activation costs no skill points.
02:06It can summon 3 blades instantly without consuming stacks.
02:09Final hit automatically applies electric infliction.
02:12In addition, her combo skill becomes AOE and has a much shorter cooldown, allowing her to cycle through abilities extremely
02:18quickly.
02:19Overall, she looks like a high damage lightning DPS operator with powerful synergy mechanics.
02:24Version 1.2 will also expand the world with 2 brand new maps and a new outpost location.
02:29Players will discover a new environmental resource called Fluid Precipitation Acid, which will be used for crafting and production systems.
02:36New facilities and crafting options will allow players to create high tier gear comparable to the best equipment currently available,
02:41giving players more flexibility when building their teams.
02:43The Forge Sky Limit will increase to 8, and several new base facilities will also be introduced.
02:50Additionally, decorative items called Ornamentals can now be placed around the map to customize your environment.
02:55Several new events will arrive with the patch.
02:58A production event will allow players to craft special event items and sell them for rewards.
03:03Another returning activity is the cooking style event similar to the food event from earlier versions, where players create dishes
03:08to earn event currency.
03:09There will also be new seasons for Umbra Monument and additional stages for Rage Space Salvage.
03:13A new login event will also reward players with a special snapshot item and additional character progression materials.
03:21In version 1.2 there will only be one new character banner, since the patch introduces just a single new
03:27operator.
03:28However, the banner will last 35 days, giving players plenty of time to save and plant their pools.
03:32There will also be a special limited banner featuring several powerful 6-star characters including Laiva, Tyne and Gilberta.
03:38This banner will run separately from standard banners and will have its own independent PT system.
03:43Of course, the new operator's signature weapon banner will also be available.
03:48The developers are also adding a large number of quality of life improvements.
03:52Here are some of the most important ones.
03:55Operator Progression Booster. A permanent event that helps players earn upgrade materials more easily.
04:00One click production management for base facilities.
04:04Remote resource collection one station switch level 4.
04:07Direct access to gear panels from the operator screen.
04:10Ability to craft multiple pieces of gear at the same time.
04:13Controller button remapping support.
04:15Ultimate ability timers will now appear in the UI so players can track durations.
04:21Players will also be able to see debuff levels on enemies, which will make it easier to understand effects like
04:26electrification or corrosion during combat.
04:27Before ending the stream, the developers also teased future updates.
04:32Some of the upcoming improvements include
04:35Bulk gear crafting.
04:37Automatic locking for perfect essence matches.
04:40Recommended mission system for events.
04:43Seamless switching between controller and keyboard.
04:45A new backup power feature that temporarily grants unlimited power to help manage bases more easily.
04:50They also confirmed that contingency contract, a high difficulty challenge mode from the original game, will eventually arrive in Enfield.
04:57This mode lets players increase enemy difficulty with modifiers to push their strategies to the limit.
05:01And that's everything important from the version 1.2 special program.
